No offense, but I hope you do appreciate my sharing of accurate informations, not only for you Trey, but it is also for everyone here.

So if you want to bulk up, then you should start investing on whey proteins, if that's for bulking up your muscles. I've heard that there are ways to handle high metabolism rate too, by eating meals according to cycles, i.e. eat a small portion every two hours or so... That's all I know so far. I hope these infos can help you out.

thanks for the words, but eating a "normal" portion will not get any weight/bulk for me. As for lean muscle, its all good.

its just that i'm a very active person (add that to having extremely high metabolism), AND top it all with having a small stomach (i cant munch too much at one sitting, so i try my best spreading the meals needed into smaller portions into more sittings)..

as for Fat Burners (either thermogenic or not), i believe i do not have a need for it. At 5'7 and 142lbs and around 9-10% bodyfat... i dont think i need to cut it down more, i'm just not bothered about it.

i'm open to suggestions on how to increase BULK and/or WEIGHT. I know what i'm doing, so pardon me if i dont want to hear about "dont worry about weight, all you need is lean muscle..blablablabla".

i really do want to hear suggestions or alternative methods that any of you have tried (or heard) before.

cheers :)

Correction - So while our country 'hasn't' ban Ephedra yet, get prescriptions from your doctor or pharmacists and take the dosage accordingly as to only 1 pill for each workout.

Don't believe in weight loss, believe in fat loss. Get 'Thermogenic' fat burners and fat blockers. I'm currently taking Ephedrine, it's illegal and banned in the U.S. because of certain disagreement with the government. Some people died because of overtrain and overdosage of Ephedrine. In actual fact, if anyone overdose on any drugs, it's fatal and that's no doubt about it. So while our country doesn't ban Ephedra yet, get prescriptions from your doctor or pharmacists and take the dosage accordingly as to only 1 pill for each workout. You'll see the differences. But remember one thing, there is no shorcut and when it comes to achieving goals, only true dedications and hardwork that pays off the real result.

Dear trey, I believe that you have a very high metabolism ratio. So you should eat on a normal portion on regular basis to put on some weight. Do exercise everyday and regularly as well, so then you can use up your high metabolism rate while exercising, and during the night you can rest, at the same time your metabolism rate will decrease along. It's a long progress, may take years to achieve such goal. There are a lot of my friends who can't control their metabolism rate, but when they try out my method, it seems to work a lil. Some of them did put on more than 10lbs.

Perhaps they stop because they knew the risk of taking these pills?? You know, there were many cases where people were having side effects after taking those slimming and weight loss pills. Somehow, there's a high price to pay for taking shortcuts. Better go for the conventional way.

Of course the result would show that. Most of unprescribed diet pills takers are not persistent in the first place. On top of that, diet pills often bring a lot of nasty side effects from nausea to gas, and it doesn't come cheap either. It's yet to see whether the scientists can make diet pills which are cheap and have no side effects. Many who had success with diet pill also did a lot of exercises and selective eating too so there you go.
