Let’s have a little comparison between 1% cow’s milk and soy milk. In cow milk, there’s approximately 8 grams or protein whereas soy milk has less than 7. Not only that, 1% cow milk has bout 2.5 grams of fat while soy milk has more than 4. Of course, if you want to lose some fat, it’s better if you opt for 1% milk. Besides, cow milk also has a significant higher level of calcium compared to soy milk. Just like what you’ve mention afore, soy milk indeed has higher fiber and no cholestrol, and these 2 points are sufficient to rebuttle the other points.
All in all, if you’re looking to build muscle, cow milk is definitely better, but if you’re lactose intolerant, soy milk suits you more. Anyway, both are equally good!!

The best is human milk.. already have the amino acids, enzymes, hormonal growth factors and vitamins perfectly proportioned for maximum human muscle mass!

As I’ve heard… as it is written in Muscular Developement… too much soy milk will develop prostate cancer. That’s like drinking up to 5 glasses of soy milk a day. If you’re lactose intolerant, drinking more than 5 glasses of fresh cow milk will in actual fact, send your sorry ass state to the toilet for a visit.

Haha that’s a good question Veggie. I don’t know much about the case if soy milk could ‘boost’ female hormone… though I definitely know one thing. It does not contain female hormone. If it does… I wouldn’t want to imagine what I’ll become.
I’d been drinking a lot of soy milk so far and I don’t think I’ll turn into a *gay straight or even into a tranny at all. LOL. Anyhow, soy milk doesn’t contain as much protein as milk does. Worry not for drinking soy milk because it will never turn your chest into a breast unless you drink lots of it and never workout.
As for my case, I would prefer cow milk as it definitely contain higher rate of protein compared to beans or nuts. If drinking milk isn’t going to help you due to your bad tolerance towards lactose, then take half a glass of milk and munch some nuts(preferably almonds or hazelnut) instead of a full glass of milk alone. It’ll do you good as such intake will supply you sufficient amount of protein and you don’t need to beg Mother Nature for forgiveness…

In addition, for those who are intolerant of lactose, drink soy milk for a start. Couple of weeks later, you can repeatedly drink soy milk and then cow milk for the next day until you’re totally able to have milk daily.

i am a man who avoids soy like the plage and thats hard to do now days they sneak that soy garbbage into everything(read the ingredeints of any health bar). Soy isoflavones are basically female hormones. thre a great protain source for women NOT for men
