		<description>I never considered myself very athletic; however, this has been my favorite machine for years.  I first discovered it at my college wellness center back in 1987 and have used it on and off since.  I feel like I get the most &quot;bang for my buck&quot; rowing.  I agree with you that it is self=paced, and the time flies on it while listening to music.  I love it and have always been in the best shape during the periods in which I used it!  (I am female.)</description>

		<description>I don&#039;t think California Fitness in Mid Valley has it. They have the rower with weights, so I&#039;d usually use that for back workout other than the assisted-chinup.

The thing is, that once you get lazy -&gt; you loose the posture and it hurts eventually... Nowadays I try to use it from time to time only, as threadmill is more natural for me...</description>
