6 Things We Can Learn From Kids About Healthy Lifestyle 6事情我们可以从关于儿童健康生活

As adults, we tend to think we know all and seldom we are willing to learn from kids.作为成年人,我们倾向于认为,我们知道所有的很少,我们愿意学习的孩子。 When I mentioned learning from kids, it may not be sitting down in the classroom and asking questions.当我提到,孩子们学习,也未必坐下在教室和提问。 It can be just by observing a group of kids interacting with each other.它可以只观察一个彼此互动组孩子。

  1. Every activity can be fun.   8. Kids enjoy the learning process whereas adult emphasis more on end result and we want it fast. 孩子们享受 ,而成人强调最后的结果更多的学习过程 ,要快。

So, the next time you are looking for weight loss success from books, television or magazine, may be you can be a bit observant and you may find answers from the kids.因此,下次你正在寻找体重从书籍,电视,杂志损失的成功,可能是你可以有点留心,你会发现,从孩子们的答案。 When we act like kids, the world may suddenly opens up.当我们要像小孩子一样的行为,世界可能会突然打开了。

    Great post Mun.大后门。 Particularly like points 3 and 5.特别喜欢点3和5。 I generally stick with the same exercises in my workout routines because it has become a habit and whilst I do like my sleep I can always find 1000 things to do at night before going to bed :-)我一般在我的坚持锻炼例程相同的练习,因为它已成为习惯,而我喜欢我睡觉,我总是可以找到1000年的事情做,晚上睡前做:-)
