    Great, but I don’t agree with “low-fat” crackers and is it viable to replace herbal tea with green tea?

    And maybe find a place where I can brush my teeth lol

    Fantastic post Mun. I always make sure to drink plenty of water and green tea whilst at work and I bring my own lunch every day. For snacking I usually go for dried fruits and nuts.
