While waiting the video to load, let me share with you the real life story of Team Hoyt:Father (Dick Hoyt) and son (Rick Hoyt) have joined many marathons, triathlons and other athletic competitions. I've been listening to this song over and over again for the past few weeks, wondering where on earth I've heard this before… and now I know! A good friend showed me the video this week and I was really taken by it. Un buon amico mi ha mostrato il video di questa settimana e sono rimasto davvero presa da esso. I am a triathlete myself and “I CAN ONLY IMAGINE” what TEAM HOYT goes through. Sono un triatleta me stesso e "posso solo immaginare" che cosa TEAM HOYT passa attraverso. When I am racing I sometimes say “is this really worh it”. Quando io sono corsa a volte mi dico "questa è davvero worh esso". A few months ago a close friend was taken from us. Qualche mese fa un caro amico è stato preso da noi. After watching the video,my purpose for racing has changed and I can say that “it is really worth it”. Dopo aver visto il video, il mio obiettivo per la corsa è cambiato e posso dire che "è davvero valsa la pena".
I have been inspired by TEAM HOYT and will continue to compete for my close friend who was taken from us. This story is just as touching today as the first time I saw it. Questa storia è come toccare oggi come la prima volta che ho visto. The song fits perfect. La canzone si adatta perfettamente. i saw the video clip from facebook..i was so touched,even the song is still in my head..i cant get over the video, i even posted it twice…a special child who's truly blessed to have a wonderful family who never gave up on him, with such a loving a father who even w/ his illnesses dindnt stop him from joining n finishing the race,..unselfish love indeed..i know my dad will do the same ni hope this story will inspire parents w/ special children..its ur love that will keep them strong..i dont know what else to say..simply undescribable love..GO TEAM HOYT!!! I too stumbled across a video on facebook and was brought to tears by the video. Anch'io sono imbattuto in un video su Facebook ed è stata portata fino alle lacrime per il video. I had an aunt with cerebral palsy and Rick very much reminds me of her. Avevo una zia con paralisi cerebrale e Rick molto, mi ricorda di lei. Thank goodness for parents who would do anything for their child selflessly and for showing the rest of the world that every life is special. Grazie a Dio per i genitori che avrebbe fatto qualsiasi cosa per il loro bambino e altruisticamente per mostrare al resto del mondo che ogni vita è speciale.
