What I want to share are the benefits that you will not see on a weighing scale, in the mirror or in the results of your next body check up result. My uncle was leading by example. Moj stric je bil dober zgled. Not only did I learn from his example, but so did my other siblings as well as my parents too. By taking care of himself, my uncle was taking care of his kids and people who are close to him. S tem skrbeti zase, moj stric je bil ob skrbi za svoje otroke in ljudi, ki so mu blizu. I believe that his great grandchildren will benefit as well. Verjamem, da bo svoje velike koristi, kot tudi vnuke. (Besides money) What other equally important gift can one pass down than the desire to lead a healthy lifestyle and the enhanced quality of life that goes with it? Our healthy way of life will inspire others around us. Naša zdrav način življenja sta navdihnila druge okoli nas. By leading a lifestyle built around physical fitness and healthy nutrition , we may be taking care of a lot more people than just ourselves. Z vodilni lifestyle zgrajena okoli telesno pripravljenost in zdrave prehrane, morda smo lahko skrbi za veliko več ljudi kot le sebe.

    Yeap… A healthy lifestyle starts from a young age. Yeap ... zdravega načina življenja se začne od mladosti. My parents started living healthily when my grandpa had his 1st heart attack when he was 50. Moji starši začela živeti bolj zdravo, ko moj dedek je imel 1. srčni napad, ko je bil 50.

    My dad is about 60+ and he's still active in sports while my mom is still doing her weekly line dancing. Moj oče je okoli 60 +, in on je še vedno aktivni v športu, medtem ko moja mama je še vedno počne njena tedensko line ples.

    It's a commitment and should be taught to our kids and other relatives on the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. To zavezo in ga je treba naučiti naše otroke in druge sorodnike o koristih zdravega življenjskega sloga.

    Being active and thinking you are active is 2 different things. Biti aktivne in mišljenja ste aktivni je 2 različne stvari. Just because you play sports socially does not mean you are leading an active lifestyle.. Samo zato, ker si športom socialno ne pomeni, da so vodilni aktivnega načina življenja .. I've heard of people who suffered from heart attack despite being a regular social badminton player. Slišal sem ljudi, ki trpi zaradi srčnega napada, kljub temu, da redno socialno badminton player.

    I never came to think of living healthy before I came to Singapore. Nikoli nisem prišel, da misliti, ki živijo zdravo, preden sem prišel v Singapur. I have went through lots of stages from being thin to fat, to thin again and now moderate and trying to trim up more. Sem šel skozi veliko faz od tanka, da se maščoba, za tanke in zdaj spet zmerni in poskuša trim gor več.

    While at high school, I used to be very active, playing basketball and cycle most of the time. Medtem ko se v srednji šoli, sem se zelo aktiven, igral košarko in cikel večino časa.

    Then come to college, life will be fun and lazy, lesser sports since I was living in the city campus. Nato pridejo na fakulteto, bo življenje zabavno in leni, manjši športi, saj sem bil živijo v mestu kampusu. But there still exercises like swim and walk up the hill when back from class. Ampak še vedno vaje, kot so kopanje in sprehod do hriba ko se vrne iz razreda.

    Then move to another college in the suburb, life was good there as foods were cheap. Nato se preselijo v drugo kolidž v predmestju, življenje je bilo dobro, kot so živila so poceni. I eat like I have never eaten for years. Jem kot še nikoli nisem jedel več let. Within a week, I gained 5 Kg straight. V tednu, sem pridobila 5 kg naravnost. Unbelievable. Neverjetno. I took up swimming and started to get active and even played water polo and went for competition after that. Sem prevzel plavanje in začel dobiti aktivno in celo igral vaterpolo in šel za konkurenco po tem. But I am still fat. Ampak jaz sem še vedno maščobe.

    From these three conditions above, there is one thing that I lacked of. Od teh treh pogojev zgoraj, je ena stvar, ki sem od manjkalo. Nutrition control and good diet. Prehrana nadzora in dobre prehrane.

    Following that when I came to Singapore to work for the first time, I weight 84 Kg, or even more. Po tem, ko sem prišel v Singapur, da si prvič, sem težo 84 kg ali celo več. Since the foods are expensive, I tend to eat mixed rice most of the time and so there is some change there in eating behavior. Ker so živila draga, jaz ponavadi jem mešani riž večino časa in tako obstaja nekaj sprememb tam jedo vedenje.

    Slowly I go for morning jog, but failed almost everyday, but managed to do it minimin twice a week. Počasi sem šla za jutranji jog, vendar ni skoraj vsakodnevno, vendar je uspelo narediti to minimin dvakrat tedensko. Then I started to try high protein diet. Potem sem začel, da poskusite visoko proteinsko dieto. After 4-5 months, I lost 4 Kgs. Po 4-5 mesecih, sem izgubil 4 Kgs. Perhaps it is related to stress that I get from my first job as well. Morda je to povezano z poudariti, da sem dobil od moje prvo delo kot dobro.

    Following that, I started to join gym and live a healthy life by controlling my diet carefully and eliminate fast food totally from my diet. Po tem, sem začel, da se pridružijo telovadba in živijo zdravo življenje, ki ga nadzoruje moje prehrane in previdno odstraniti fast food popolnoma iz moje prehrane. I managed to get through and I reached the weight of 75 Kg up to now. I uspelo priti skozi in sem dosegla težo 75 kg do sedaj.

    There has been not much changes lately, but some parts of the body are getting toned up better. Dosežen je bil v zadnjem času ni veliko sprememb, vendar pa nekateri deli telesa postajajo napeta gor bolje. I like the feeling and glad that I am able to achieve this stage now. Všeč mi je občutek in vesela, da sem lahko dosegla tej fazi zdaj.

    But this hardwork can be put to waste just within weeks or months. Vendar pa lahko ta hardwork dana na odpadke le v nekaj tednih ali mesecih. I realized it when I was back home for holiday for 1 week and when I am back to Singapore again, fats are piling up again on my waist and that is the result from overeating and lack of exercise. Sem ugotovil, ko sem bil doma za dopust za 1 teden in ko sem spet nazaj v Singapur, maščobe so piling spet na moj pas in da je posledica prenajedanje in pomanjkanje gibanja. Now I have to work hard again for weeks or even months to get back to the stage I were before and put into mind that no more next time. Zdaj moram trdo delati še več tednov ali celo mesecev, da se vrnem na stopnji I so bili pred in preda v mislih, da ni več naslednjič.

    From my experience, I shared it with my girlfriend and friends and they are slowly fixing their lifestyles. Po mojih izkušnjah, sem delil z mojo punco in prijatelji in se počasi določitev njihovega načina življenja. Its nice to workout together. Lepo je, da vaja skupaj. Cheers… Cheers ...

    In addition of sports and active exercises, one needs to control his daily diet carefully especially at the old age.
