		<description>My brother does this (using a 25 lbs dumbell on each hand) and I noticed after a while, the veins on his hands are quite prominient- doesn&#039;t look natural. Do you think it could be due to wrong method? 
As for me, even though i do weight training, hv to admit i still steer away from free weights most of the time. still sticking to machines only.</description>
