Based on a research done by University of Waikato in Hamilton, New Zealand, honey could soon be marketed as a way to combat the effects of ageing. The study was based on the result obtained from rats which are fed on diet containing 10 per cent honey, 8 per cent sucrose, or no sugar at all for 12 months. Hello Mun ! Hej Mun! I think this is my first comment on your blog, however I read it regularly ;-) Jeg tror, det er min første kommentar på din blog, men jeg læser det regelmæssigt ;-)
As much as I love honey, I don't eat too much sweet (by taste). Så meget som jeg elsker honning, jeg ikke spiser for meget sød (med smag). I also use rice or wheat syrup as sweetener. Jeg bruger også ris eller hvede sirup som sødemiddel. The advantage of cereal syrups is that they are mostly “slow” carbohydrate, like the cereals they are made of. Fordelen ved korn sirup, er, at de er for det meste "langsom" kulhydrater, som korn, de er lavet af. No fructose, no saccharose. Nr. fructose, ingen saccharose. And they have a great sweetening power, with a nice taste. Og de har en stor sødeevne, med en dejlig smag. They're pretty easy to find here, in France, in organic food shops. De er ret nemt at finde her, i Frankrig, i økologiske fødevarer butikker.

If honey really has antioxidant properties, I guess there's no harm taking it since it can prevent ageing as long as it doesn't cause diabetes. Er honning virkelig har antioxidante egenskaber, jeg tror der er ingen skade at tage det, da det kan forhindre aldring, så længe det ikke medfører sukkersyge. By the way, I don't think honey improves memory, after all, winnie the pooh is always referred as the silly old bear with poor memories!! Af den måde, tror jeg ikke, honning forbedrer hukommelsen, efter at alle, Peter Plys er altid omtalt som det dumme gamle bjørn med dårlige minder!

I think honey is one of nature's gift that we have underexploited and underutilized . Jeg tror, honning er en af naturens gave, som vi har underudnyttede og underudnyttede. I like honey. Jeg kan godt lide honning.

i have been ill with the flu and have been having alot of raw honey and lemon for coughs. Jeg har været syg med influenza og har været med en masse rå honning og citron til hoste. i began feeling calm! Jeg begyndte at føle rolig! i googled honey anxiety and found some references including this one.
