Let's look at the first and second point. Hot yoga makes you sweat. Since my friend is yoga instructor and she teaches hot yoga, so I tried some of her hot yoga classes..my opinion is there are many options to lose weight, doing yoga alone might not make you lose weight but…yoga can be alternative as varitety of your workout and practicing your flexibility.由於我的朋友是瑜伽教練,她教高溫瑜伽,所以我嘗試了一些她的高溫瑜伽課..我認為是有很多選擇減肥,做瑜珈未必能使你減肥,但...瑜伽可以替代的varitety你的鍛煉和實踐的靈活性。
