I know that eating at home may be boring for some people if they eat the same dish every day. Nowadays, more and more families are eating out on daily basis even they have maids at home. For individuals who are hard pressed for time and those who do not like cooking, or students living away from home, eating out most of the time is more out of necessity than choice. <p>I like to do many things at once, multitasking, so to speak.  However, that is one thing I will normally will focus in and try not doing other things.  Having meal.  Yes, I like to enjoy my meal and not a fan of multitasking at meal times.</p>
<p>Many people tend to do other things while they are eating &#8211; watching television, playing games, working on spreadsheet or driving are some of the examples.  Doing these things may lead to mindless eating get us eating more than what we need.  Look at  city folks who grab breakfast or even lunch on the run.
