    I love the EZ bar when doing lying-down tricep presses with the upper arms at a 45 degree angle to the bench. Ljubim EZ bar, ko delaš leži navzdol tricep stiskalnice z zgornjo orožjem na 45 stopinj kota na napravi. I really feel a different, better kind of pump compared to other tricep exercises!     Hi aw, I am using EZ bar too for triceps extension (skull crasher, some call it). Aw Zdravo, jaz sem s pomočjo EZ bar preveč za Opruzač extension (lobanja crasher, nekateri ga imenujejo). I haven't tried doing it on decline bench, but will give it a try in my next trip to the gym.
