    I love the EZ bar when doing lying-down tricep presses with the upper arms at a 45 degree angle to the bench.我喜欢这样做时,易酒吧躺在式的45度角的长椅上臂三头肌的印刷机。 I really feel a different, better kind of pump compared to other tricep exercises!我真的觉得一个不同的,更好的一种泵相比,其他三头肌练习!
