I love the EZ bar when doing lying-down tricep presses with the upper arms at a 45 degree angle to the bench.我喜歡做的EZ酒吧低窪式三頭肌壓力機與上臂在一個45度角的替補。 I really feel a different, better kind of pump compared to other tricep exercises!我真的感覺不同的,更好的種泵相比,其他三頭肌練習!
