According to the instructors, that is part of being male. The question itself suggests shame. No big deal about erection. If it happens, it disappear pretty quickly too (unless you take Viagra before the class, I suppose).
I am all in of the idea of loving ourselves and accepting whom we are, but I am not certain whether naked yoga is the path for me to discover self-love. Doing yoga in nude is not for everyone. In this region where we have taboos on nudity, I doubt these classes will be at underground. If you can take it, check out Nude Yoga and Tai Chi Exercise DVD and Totally Nude Yoga & Tai Chi. If you have tried naked yoga before, please share your experience, I would like to hear from you. As for those who have not tried it, if you ever given a chance to do so, will you do it?

For sure in Singapore this will not be in the market at least not anytime soon. But as of all cultures and fashion eventually people get more open minded and will slowly accept the idea of nudity as being part of nature rather than sexual then I would say Nude Yoga might be the next in thing.
Of cos all guys or all gals ones. For mixed classes well…

For someone who teaches yoga for a living, I am still not up for it for teaching a live class. I guess there is still a little part of me which is still not laterally flexible.
But once I’m in my optimum body shape, I would consider nude yoga for private photoshoot purpose though. You’d have to buy the exclusive rights if you wish to put them in here. When will that happen, I guess, when I’m ready and be in tip top shape (or once I’ve made it to the cover of Malaysia SHAPE for that matter ;D).

I do naked yoga on the roof of my building. It just feels right.
I think you’re right saying that it makes you more in the moment. Being naked makes me a little more honest with myself. I feel sorry for the poster above me who is embarrassed of his body… don’t worry there are millions people with your same shape! (they’re probably all embarrassed to, we’re all embarrassed together, everyone in the world.) Just say fuck it and let it hang.
