    Ginger and of course ginger tea is one of my fave remedies when I feel a lil under the weather. Some days, I just slice it thinly and let them steep in a cup of hot water. Its milder then but simple to whip out in the office:P

    I do find ginger tea very effective in reducing wind in the stomach : )
