you know what? ved du hvad? the pictures really inspire me to stick to my diet, esp. billederne virkelig inspirere mig til at holde fast i min kost, esp. i love her body shape in the above pic in 2007. Jeg elsker hende kropsformen på ovennævnte pic i 2007. but for sure she'll be a yo-yo dieter in the near future again,you-ll see. men for sikker på, at hun vil være en yo-yo dieter i den nærmeste fremtid igen, you-ll se. whoever she is, she is an ordinary person like you and me and it's so hard to stick to such a strict diet. uanset hvem hun er, hun er en almindelig person som dig og mig, og det er så svært at holde sig til en sådan streng diæt. and i don't have the same idea as her personal trainer about the weight training, they are the best tools to shape your body and everyone can see the benefits,weather it's water or a bottle of water!!! og jeg har ikke den samme idé som hendes personlige træner om vægten uddannelse, de er de bedste redskaber til at forme din krop, og alle kan se fordelene, vejret er det vand eller en flaske vand!
