How Not To Eat So Much Candy But Eat More Fruit?如何避免吃那么多糖果,但多吃水果?

Many will acknowledge that candy is empty calories food and not good for health, but many still eat them.许多人会承认,糖果是空热量食物,而不是对健康有益,但许多人仍然吃。 I found one study (done by University of Illinois) pretty interesting and in fact it may be helpful in helping you to eat less chocolates, ice cream or sweets.我发现一项研究(所做的伊利诺伊大学)很有趣,事实上它可能是帮助你少吃巧克力,冰淇淋,糖果帮助。

    Hmmmmmm…….you give me a good idea of placing a weighting machine and a treadmill next to my table.
