Another excellent post. Još jedan odličan post. I always encourage women to get into the weights room as well. Ja uvijek ohrabruju žene da se u sobi kao utezi. Good gyms usually have a instructor or trainer floating around to help you out if you need advice etc for machines Dobro dvorane obično imaju instruktor ili trener plutajuæi oko kako bi Vam pomogli da se ako trebate savjet itd za strojeve

Unfortunately, the only place where I'm still feeling intimidated at is at the weight training area. Nažalost, jedino mjesto gdje sam još uvijek na osjećaj zastrašivao je na trening s utezima području. The bodybuilding guys there are just ….. The Bodybuilding momci su jednostavno ... .. (explicit here)… and they don't want to share the place with other gals/new gym goers. (eksplicitni ovdje) ... i oni ne zele da dijele mjesto s drugim gals / nova teretana goers. I only head there when I'm with my PT. Ja samo glavu tamo kada sam sa mojim PT. :-( :-(
So, I end up being at the machines where there are a lot more different people of different levels there. Dakle, ja kraj gore bitak na strojevima gdje postoji puno različitih ljudi iz različitih razina postoji.

You are right. Vi ste u pravu. Many poshy fitness center (no need to mention name :) but it's the one which charge ridiculous amount and has very elegant interior) are becoming more like fashion cat walk rather than fitness center. Mnogi poshy fitness centar (ne morate spominjati ime:), ali to je onaj koji naplaćuju smiješan iznos i ima vrlo elegantno unutarnje) postaju više poput modnog mačka hoda nego fitness centar. That can be quite intimidating for starters. To može biti prilično zastrašujući za početnika.

In my local gym everyone will get 3 personal trainings. U mom lokalne teretane svatko će dobiti 3 osobni treninzi. They show you almost every exercise. Oni vam pokazati gotovo svake vježbe.
And yes, I like this post and I will subscribe to Mun Fitness today :) I da, ja volim ovaj post i ja ću se pretplatiti na Mun Fitness danas:)
