Another excellent post. Še en odličen post. I always encourage women to get into the weights room as well. Vedno sem spodbujati ženske, da se v sobi kot tudi uteži. Good gyms usually have a instructor or trainer floating around to help you out if you need advice etc for machines Dobro telovadnic ponavadi imajo inštruktorja ali trener plava okoli, da bi vam pomagal, če potrebujete nasvet itd stroji

Unfortunately, the only place where I'm still feeling intimidated at is at the weight training area. Na žalost je le kraj, kjer sem še vedno občutek intimidated na maso na področju usposabljanja. The bodybuilding guys there are just ….. The Bodybuilding fantje obstajajo le ... .. (explicit here)… and they don't want to share the place with other gals/new gym goers. (eksplicitne tukaj) ... in jih ne želite deliti prostor z drugimi Galona / nova telovadnica goers. I only head there when I'm with my PT. Sem samo glavo, ko sem z mojim PT. :-( :-(

You are right. Prav imaš. Many poshy fitness center (no need to mention name :) but it's the one which charge ridiculous amount and has very elegant interior) are becoming more like fashion cat walk rather than fitness center. Veliko poshy fitnes center (ni treba omeniti ime:), vendar je tisto, ki smešno zneska dajatev in je zelo elegantna notranjost) so bolj kot moda mačka sprehod namesto fitnes center. That can be quite intimidating for starters. To je lahko zelo zastrašujoče za predjed.

In my local gym everyone will get 3 personal trainings. V moji lokalni telovadnici vsakdo hoteti zaslužiti 3 osebnega treninga. They show you almost every exercise. Kažejo ti skoraj vsako izvajanje.
