		<description>I like this compete with your buddy tip. I had always better results when I was exerciing with my friends. My tip to beat boredom on the gym is to try to beat my personal records as often as possible. Also I try to do more intuitive training, which I always try to adjust to my mood. If I am in &quot;fighting mode&quot; then I use big weights and work out really hard. When I feel depressed by somenthing I do some light training and chat a lot with other gym members. Nice post, thanks for sharing!</description>
