    i have always struggled to put food (much less good ones) pretty much my whole life. ako palagi struggled upang maglagay ng pagkain (na mas mababa mabuting mga) medyo marami ang aking buong buhay.

    i seldom have the dicipline to eat proper, specially early in the morning. bihira ako may ang dicipline upang kumain ng maayos, lalo na ng maaga sa umaga. Sometimes i would skip it altogether and just eat lunch. Kung minsan, ako ay laktawan ito lahatan lamang at kumain ng tanghalian. My eating pattern gets heavier towards nighttime, which is well-known to be a bad time to be eating a whole lot. Ang aking pagkain pattern gets heavier patungo sa gabi, na kung saan ay kilala na maging isang masamang panahon na pagkain ng isang buong pulutong.

    Females all over should follow her lead that both good diet and exercise regime is the best way to lose weight and gain a great body – rather than resort to crash diets and starvation routines.     Yes, admire her self discipline. Oo, admire kanyang sarili disiplina. Personal trainer and chef really do make a difference because you have someone to guide and motivate you in your workouts and someone else to make sure you are eating right. Personal na tagapagsanay at punong tagapagluto talagang gawin gumawa ng isang pagkakaiba dahil ikaw ay may isang tao sa gabay at udyok sa iyo sa iyong mga workouts at ng ibang tao upang tiyakin na ikaw ay kumakain ng karapatan. But for most of us who can't afford it, we'll just have to have the self discipline to do it. Ngunit para sa karamihan sa atin na hindi kayang ito, kami lamang na magkaroon ng sariling disiplina upang gawin ito. I guess it'll be much easier when we enjoy our workouts and feel good following healthy diets.     I've never had the luxury of a personal trainer, but I've known people who have. Dati wala ako sa mga luho ng isang personal na tagapagsanay, ngunit ko na kilala ang mga tao na may.     i came across your blog today in search of fitness center. ako dumating sa kabuuan ng iyong blog sa araw na ito sa paghahanap ng mga fitness center. I'm staying at Putrajaya, so i don't really know any good fitness club that are near to my home and have great value for money. Ako mamalagi sa Putrajaya, kaya i don't really know any good fitness club na malapit sa aking bahay at may mahusay na halaga para sa pera.

    Simply inspirational! Inspirational lang! That only proof no matter how busy a person is, he/she will make time for exercising. Patunay lamang na kahit paano busy ang isang tao ay, siya ay gumawa ng oras para sa mga exercising. There's a will, there will be a way. May isang ay, diyan ay isang paraan.

    Nice article. Nice artikulo. Jennifer is such a great example of someone who know that it takes consistent effort to stay in shape but that doesn't mean it has too be torture.
