Matt Damon is Hollywood A list actors, appearing in many popular movies including Good Will Hunting, Saving Private Ryan, The Talented Mr Ripley, Ocean’s 11, 12 and 13, The Bourne trilogy, and The Departed. Looking at his physique, Matt is definitely no stranger to the gym. He has transformed from a skinny looking guy to a guy with great shape. He has been maintaining it pretty well, except the time he shot for The Informant, which he purposely gained weight with flabby belly for the role.

You are so correct when you say you don’t get a body like Matt Damon’s, or Chris Evans, or Brad Pitt’s, etc., without dedication.

I’ve shed 25 lbs in the past few months, and I look good, but I don’t look great. The closer I get to my goal of 10% body fat the harder it gets to continue getting results.

There are no shortcuts. Sure, you can have surgery but the results will. not. last.

You absolutely need to eat right, exercise, and work hard if you want a body like Matt, Brad, Chris, and the rest of the actors whose bodies we strive for.
