
Just watched I am Legend . Bare så I am Legend. It is a movie about the last man alive in a city overrun with mutants. Det er en film om den sidste mand i live i en by overskridelse med mutanter. Jeg er nødt til at beundre hans indsats i at komme i form.

In order to gain body shape like Mohammed Ali, Will Smith trained 6 hours a day and 5 days a week. For at få kropsformen gerne Mohammed Ali, Will Smith uddannet 6 timer om dagen og 5 dage om ugen. Will did weight lifting and boxing. He even ran in combat boots through snow outdoor. The end result, he managed to increase his weight from 185 pounds to a muscular 220 pounds. Vil gjorde vægtløftning og boksning. Han selv løb i kamp støvler gennem sneen udendørs. Slutresultatet, han formået at øge sin vægt fra 185 pounds til en muskuløs 220 pounds.

After the Ali movie, Will Smith lost much muscle. Efter Ali filmen, mistede Will Smith stor muskel. To regain his fitness level for his role in At genvinde sin egnethed plan for sin rolle i iRobot iRobot , he trained again. , Han uddannet igen. That time, his personal trainer was Darrel Foster. I wonder how it is possible to work out 6 hours / 5x a week… Really hard to believe, since even 2-3 hours intensive training is a REAL load on the body. Jeg spekulerer på, hvordan det er muligt at finde ud af 6 timer / 5x om ugen ... Virkelig svært at tro, da også 2-3 timers intensiv træning er en reel belastning på kroppen.

For real, 6 hours a day is rough. For real, 6 timer om dagen er ru.
Even the practical things like, how many times does he shower and how many changes of clothes in that 6 hours? Many people will put his efforts down to the fact that he is a celebrity and probably has a personal trainer with all the trimmings but he still has to put the effort in to look that good. I'd say that being a celebrity it would be hard to find time to exercise. Jeg vil sige at være en berømthed det ville være svært at finde tid til motion. Will Smiths exercise achievement is pure dedication not money. Will Smiths motion resultat er ren dedikation ikke penge. Personal trainers certainly do help, although its the same as having a good training partner who pushes you beyond your comfort zone. It didnt say he WEIGHT trained for 6 hours a day 6 days a week, it said that he trainer 6 hours a day, so that could of meant 2 hours of weight lifting, 2 hours of boxing, 2 hours of running…… Det didnt siger han VÆGT uddannet i 6 timer om dagen 6 dage om ugen, det siges, at han træner 6 timer om dagen, så der kunne komme af betød 2 timer af vægtløftning, 2 timers boksning, 2 timers løb ... ...

How do I get a look like Will Smith in I am Legend? Hvordan får jeg en ligne Will Smith i I am Legend? I am 6′3 226lb but look nothing like Will did when he was in Ali. After reading the article on Will's routines i do find it has helped to inspire me, but after reading a few comments i cant help but think there is a certain amount of hate going on. But i noticed someone commented on the fact for ALI he couldnt of trainer 6 hours a day 5 times a week, I hate to burst your bubble but that is the routine of a professional boxer, Will had to take on the job of a boxer to achieve the physique he needed, a boxer will spend that sort of time atleast sh1t i know boxers who train 8 hours a day like a full time job as to them thats what it is. Will killed it in ALI, one of my favorite movies ever. Vil dræbte den i ALI, en af mine yndlings film nogensinde.
Training for 6 hours a day seems a little extreme though, but it clearly worked for him. Uddannelse i 6 timer om dagen virker lidt ekstrem selv, men det klart arbejdede for ham.
The man looks like a killer, 7.5% body fat, that is impressive. Manden ligner en morder, 7,5% kropsfedt, det er imponerende.

Jeg har en ven, der spiste 24 æg kalkede en dag, og han standsede dingking øl. he said it was hard but thats how he got his abs. han sagde, det var hårdt, men thats, hvordan han fik sin abs. work hard. arbejde hårdt. eat right. spiser ret. be patient. være tålmodig.

Was Will Smith really at 7.5% bodyfat for I, Robot? Var Will Smith virkelig på 7,5% bodyfat til I, Robot? I would have said 12%. Jeg ville have sagt 12%. 12% is an athletic build, fyi, 15% is supposed to be middle of the line (neither fat/chubby nor skinny/lean) and he doesn't look that cut. 12% er en atletisk bygge, FYI, 15% formodes at være midt i linjen (hverken fedt / buttet eller tynd / mager), og han ser ikke, at skære. If he's 7.5% in I, Robot, he's got to be 5% in I am Legend, which is bs, 5% is the lowest you can possibly be while still being in good health. I don`t believe he did train 6 hours a day 5 days a week in order to get in shape for Ali.Like he said its harder for him to put on size meaning he would need to conserve (not burn) calories in order to reach his weight of 220 pounds.Anyone with any training knowledge knows that in order to put alot of muscle on naturally you have to increase caloric intake, CUT back on cardio and train with weights MAX 3 times a week using basic compound movements.Anyone who tells you any different hasn`t got a clue what they are talking about.Its inevitable the press and media will exaggerate his training routines.Of course training for I am Legend would include more cardio and perhaps fewer calories.
