Not having enough time to work out is the easiest excuse.

I had to motivate myself to wake up at 4.30am on mon-wed-fri to run the 10-15km and remind myself i am training to beat one person!

I&#039;m a little demotivated these days. I&#039;ve added unwanted inches by eating more than I should but exercising less, with the excuse of having plantar fascitis. It&#039;s time for me to stop the bad habits and decide on how I want to look. Definitely not fat, flabby and unfit. In addition, all that junk food is not doing good to my skin.</description>
