After lifting heavy weights, some people like to walk with armpits open wide, 6 to 12 inches on both sides, like having difficulty to close them. It is like they are holding huge invisible basketballs under armpits. But, later, someone told me that it is called Imaginary Lat Syndrome (ILS) or Exaggerated Lat Syndrome (ELS). Funniest Moment with ILS Funniest Moment z ILS
One of the funniest experience in gym was these conversations I overheard at my gym some time ago. Ena izmed najbolj smešnih izkušenj v telovadnici je bilo teh pogovorov sem slišal v mojih letih telovadba nekaj časa nazaj.

Every now and then, sales person will bring potential customers to walk around the gym to show them the facilities. Vsak zdaj in potem bo prodaja prinesla oseba potencialnim kupcem hoditi okrog telovadba pokazati jim objekte.

In a beautiful afternoon, a mid thirties woman came to the free weight area with her small little pretty daughter. How To Discourage ILS in Your Gym Kako odvračala ILS v vaš telovadba
One of the best ways to discourage this ILS is to avoid eye contact at all costs with people like these. Remember, they want you to acknowledge them and if you do, they will do it more often and look for you every time they go to the gym. Eden od najboljših načinov za preprečevanje to ILS je izogniti stiku z očmi, na vseh stroškov s temi ljudmi, kot so.     I don't notice such stuff 'coz I can't stand some of those bodybuilders because they're soooo vain. Ne obvestilo take stvari "bratranac ne morem stati nekaj od teh bodybuilders, ker oni 'soooo zaman. :-P :-P

    Anyway, even if I did see it, I'll probably think if this guy is in pain or what? Kakorkoli že, čeprav sem videl, bom verjetno misliš, če je ta tip je v trebuhu ali kaj?

    Thank goodness the kid commented that… I never like to go to the free weights area in my gym cos i wanna avoid these type of people. Hvala bogu, da je fant komentiral ... nisem želel iti v prosto območje teže v mojem telovadba cos hočem da bi se izognili te vrste ljudi. Moreover, if a woman ever walk to tat area, all the men will be looking at you and giving you the impression that we dun belong there. Poleg tega, če ženska kdaj na sprehod tat območje, se bodo vsi moški je videti na vas in vam daje vtis, da smo dun spadajo tam. To me, they are a bunch of show-offs! Za mene, so kup show-off! We women nowadays dun go for muscular men entirely .. Mi ženske dandanes dun iti po mišicah moške v celoti .. To me, the intelligence of the man is more interesting … LoL Da bi me, inteligenco človeka, je bolj zanimivo ... LOL

    some good stuff here. nekaj dobrih stvari tukaj. this is one of the problems, many OLD men have. to je eden od problemov, veliko starih moškimi. it's not the younger generation that have this issue IMHO. to ni mlajša generacija, ki so to vprašanje IMHO.

    OMG, I admit that I have this errr, this ummm, should I call it syndrome? OMG, jaz priznam, da sem to Errr, to Ummm, naj pokličem, da sindrom? I don't think it's a syndrome, but it sure makes me feel good about myself. Ne verjamem, da je sindrom, vendar je prepričan, počutim dobro o sebi. That happens when I'm flexing my lats in the mirror. To se zgodi, ko sem pri upogibanju moje lats v ogledalo. Hahahahaha, those of you with smaller lats, work it our first yea ;) Hahahahaha, tiste, ki ste z manjšimi lats, delo, ki ga naš prvi yea;)

    P/S: Well I don't think it's only my lats, but my thighs too ;) P / S: No, jaz ne mislim, da je samo moj lats, ampak moja stegna preveč;)

    This whole post is a load of bull! To celotno mesto je obremenitev bika!

    There is nothing wrong with “walking tall, with chest out and arms wider than it should be.” Nič ni narobe z "hoja visoka, z orožjem v prsih, in širše, kot je treba."
    There is a term for that. Obstaja izraz za to. It's called having “good posture.” To je pozval, ki imajo "dobre drže."
    Walking with chest in and shoulders forward is considered normal? Hoja s prsi na ramena naprej in se šteje za normalno?

    I agree 100%. Se strinjam 100%. I go to the gym and I see several peope do this. Grem na fitnes in vidim nekaj peope to. One in particular is a 20 year old(early 20's) he has to weigh a measley 175 or so. Ena zlasti je 20 leto star (zgodnji 20's) je za tehtanje measley 175 ali tako. He is always flexing in the mirror trying to spread his non existent lats. On je vedno pri upogibanju v ogledalo poskuša razširiti svoje neobstoječi lats. HE then proceds to tell the bigger guys at the gym how to do a “most muscular” pose and “lat spread” HE nato proceds povedati večji fantje v telovadnici, kako to storiti "najbolj mišičast" in predstavlja "lat namaz"

Sem preprosto rekel "ne izgleda rabim vašo pomoč, in poudarila, da flexed moje noge. He left in embarassment. Odšel je v zadrego. I still see him and he doesnt even look my way. Še vedno sem ga videl, on doesnt sod pogled moj način. I would say the best way to deal with these people is to call them out. Rekel bi, da je najboljši način za reševanje teh ljudi poklicati jih ven.
