were about to do mandatory pullups in gym
i&#039;ll be able to wear cuter clothes
people will stop calling me fat
i can wear bikinis
and...

usually it gets me doing something aerobic.</description>

		<description>Having a personal trainer helped me go to the gym more regularly than when I didn&#039;t have one.  Because there&#039;s some accountability, and I&#039;m gonna be standing someone up if I don&#039;t show up that day.  I also stacked my gym bag with &quot;goodies&quot;, like a nice shampoo, bath gel, lotion etc.  I like going to the gym as it is, but these little things even add to my enthusiasm for it.</description>

		<description>I don&#039;t need to have anything placed in front of me to remind me to go to the gym. I have my gym schedule all planned out in my week&#039;s schedule. So I know exactly when to go gym, and there&#039;s no chance of missing it : )</description>

		<description>For me, the easiest way is to work out first thing in the morning - no excuse. If I work out in the evening it&#039;ll be a &quot;bonus&quot;. And if I don&#039;t work out in the evening, at least I did my dues in the morning.

I make exercise &quot;easy to access&quot;, meaning they&#039;re all at home. I have aerobics DVDs and a stationery bike, which I use when watching TV.</description>

		<description>I find one good trick is to get changed for the gym at work and go to the gym straight from work.  This means there is no chance of me getting home and getting distracted by the TV, flatmates etc.</description>
