If that is a subject which I never get bored to write, it will be motivation to get people exercising. I encourage my friends to eat right and exercise, I share my workout experience with my colleagues at work and I always motivate my family members to exercise too. i'm sooooo addicted to physical activities, its practically impossible for me not to exercise. I'm sooooo ovisnici o fizičkom aktivnostima, njen praktički nemoguće za mene da ne vježba.
i'd think of working out or play sports all day every day. Htio pomislimo izrada sportskih ili igrati cijeli dan svaki dan. the only times i'd sit out is when my body just cant recover fast enough from the last workout. jedini puta bih učestvovati kad je moje tijelo jednostavno ne mogu dovoljno brzo oporavili od posljednjeg workout.

Honestly, i never knew that i would fall in love in gym. Iskreno, Nikad nisam znao da bih zaljube u teretanu.
Last week, i tried so hard to beat my own record in the 2.4km fitness run. Prošli tjedan, JA pokušao na taj način tvrdo to tući svoju evidenciju na 2,4 km fitness vožnji.
At school, i can't even run 1.5km to pass my “tenaga asas” during my PE lesssons. U školi, ne mogu čak i trčanje 1,5 km proći moj "tenaga asas" tijekom PE lesssons.
A lot thinks that gym is just a club for people to mix and get to know more friends. Puno misli da je samo teretana klub za ljude u mix i upoznati još prijatelja. For me, i can go to gym alone and start going for the classes or working out on the machines by myself. Za mene, ja mogu otići u teretanu i sami početi idući za nastavu ili rade na strojevima po sebi.
Now, I'ma gym freak. Now, Im 'teretana nakaza.
I feel bad if I don't go. Osjećam se loše ako ja ne idem. I feel bad if I don't get the pain. Osjećam se loše ako JA dont 'dobiti bolove. :) :)
I honestly, don't know what motivated me. Ja iskreno, ne znam šta mi motivirani. But it's really soemthing from within. Ali to je stvarno soemthing iznutra. :) :)

Its not that I don't want to, but I get bored! Njegova ne da ne želim, ali ja bi dosadno!
On the bicycle, in a dance or any other class, swimming and so on. Na bicikl, na ples ili bilo koje druge klase, kupanje i tako dalje. And then I start to get annoyed that I am bored…I go through moments when I really want to go to they gym then moments I am actually angry that I am forcing myself, and when I force myself I put in a half effort. I onda sam početi da se annoyed da sam dosadno ... idem kroz trenucima kada sam stvarno žele ići u teretanu onda oni trenutaka sam zapravo ljuta da sam prisiljavajući sebe, i kad sam sile ja sam stavio u pol napora.
Please, anyone with advice? Molim, bilo tko sa savjetima?
