		<description>Uhm, I doubt any companies will actually adopt this idea and implement it, especially in Malaysia.  What if your employees are those that doze off like there&#039;s not going to be a tomorrow, not even the alarm or vibration could wake them up, the next thing they could expect is that they are fired for sleeping overtime, not working overtime lol.</description>
