    Oh yeah… Oh yeah ...

    I watched Blade Trinity and was blown away by Jessica Biel's physique. Jeg så Blade Trinity og blev blæst væk af Jessica Biel fysik. She was not a pushover like some of the other “fake” female heroines in other movies. Hun var ikke nem at overtale ligesom nogle af de andre "falske" kvindelige heltinder i andre film.

    wow, i am inspired. wow, jeg er inspireret. now just to get onto that treadmill…. nu bare på at komme ud at løbebånd ....

    seriously, i have heard many times that cardio alone is not the answer and one must supplement with weight lifting and as well as with variety. alvorligt, har jeg hørt mange gange, at hjerte alene ikke er svaret, og man må supplere med vægtløftning og samt med sort.

    but whenever i exercise like that i can never eat enough. men når jeg udøver gerne, at jeg aldrig kan spise nok. that meal plan would just kill me. at Forplejning vil bare slå mig ihjel.

    thanks….. tak ... .. i feel inspired…. Jeg føler inspireret .... i have not worked out for 4 months now. Jeg har ikke udarbejdet i 4 måneder nu. I use to do circuit training and spinning…. Jeg bruger til at gøre kredsløb uddannelse og spinning .... I hve started my workout again. Jeg hve startede min træning igen.
    Doing swimming, jogging and free weights. Doing svømning, jogging og frie vægte.

    i used to be in dance since i was 5. Jeg plejede at være i dans, siden jeg var 5. i always had a great body and pretty toned. Jeg har altid haft en stor krop og smukke tonet. when i graduated highschool and got a job where all i did was sit i gained 10 lbs within 2 months. når jeg gradueret highschool og fik et job, hvor alt, hvad jeg gjorde, var at sidde fik jeg 10 £ inden for 2 måneder. Thats a lot for someone my size who is only 5 foot tall. Thats meget for en person, min størrelse, der er kun 5 meter høj. I have always had big leg muscles and i used to weigh 115. Jeg har altid haft store benmuskler og jeg plejede at veje 115. Thats what I want to weigh now. Thats hvad jeg ønsker at veje nu. I just cant get the time or energy to excercise anymore!!     I really like to see blogs like this that detail how much work it takes to look like some of these celebrities.
