I am totally agree with her and love what she has said” I love my body…” Learning to love yourself and accept how you look are the most important things we all need to do I guess. As we get older naturally our body image change, our mind grow to keep pace with those changes. God gave us the body structure of individual being, its up to us to keep looking after it. Don’t let the media or those celebrity magazine sway your thought of being happy about yourself.

I wish I’m as confident as her about her body image. Something that I should learn from her. I freak out whenever I put on a pound or two! And I find myself not slim enough all the time, I always wish I’m slimmer. I have low body image of myself. :-P

I think Jennifer Love Hewitt has it well said when most actress would say “oh it’s photoshoped..” Who cares if you have a big butt if you’re a regular Jane but as for Jennifer, she is a living proof to how difficult it can be when people are constantly scrutinizing your body image when yourself, don’t. And what matter is how you love your own body and that what you care most is simply enjoying life.
