Hopefully, by knowing these causes, we will fart less and make gym a better place for workout.

    LOL!!!

    BTW, Happy CNY! It’s good to be back. I’ve been gyming regularly too, but had some major changes to my fitness regime lately - my PT left. sigh

    Anyway, one time at the weight area, one guy burped out loud. We all laughed and kacau him about nasi kandar… :lol: He did say “Sorry”, which was cool with us.

    Yeap, it’s rude but the important thing is to say “Excuse me” or “Sorry”…

    talking about farting, i seem to fart more when i exercise. if i go jogging (lucky the field is big enough), then it’ll be a train of air/sound coming out from my rear.

    that’s why i always try to exercise as far away from other people as possible. any scientific explanation to this phenomenon, anyone?

    Very funny post. LOL Although it’s really hard to admit that you farted, it is true it’s often forgivable.

    It doesn’t matter, fart all you want……..if and only if your fart is odourless, else the gym will be like a pig sty ;P

    It’s not true, it just climbs back into your intestines until it decides to come out again.

    I love to fart. It’s so natural. It relieves the pressure. I do it all the time.

    to Jane, Constipation is usually connected to less work-out or movement as it is connected to farting… the more you move, the more you’re vowel movement is. the more exercise you do, the more fart you can give off… (still in consideration to your diet)
