Thanks McD (or Mackers as it was called in Aust) for making sure we maintain > 50% obese people in M'sia.

I used to frequent McD at night overseas but never took anything other than 1 milkshake (bad) or coffee (all night long) while I was studying. My friend and I made sure that we never ordered any meals or burgers.

Anyway, McD overseas is a little bit healthier as it has a variety of "healthy" sandwiches. You may even order your burger/sandwich without any mayo or dressing.

However, in M'sia, it's a different case. Certainly McD and the heart specialists are counting their $$$ now with this new 24hr option. :P
