My cousin brother has bought me some Larabars from overseas.  He is a big fan of this so called all-natural healthy bar.  I have tried it myself and here are some interesting facts:

  • It has mainly fruits, walnuts, almonds, healthy oils and spices in bar form which can be consumed as snack.  The carbohydrates come from fruit.  You will not also find sugar, cornstarch, syrup, soy or rice flour.  No preservative.

This push up workout works more on the arms and back muscles, instead of chest.

When large baubles are rising from the bottom of the pot to the surface, the water is boiling.
You should keep boiling the water for 1 minute to kill bacteria, parasites and viruses.  The time for water to reach the boiling point and then cool down gives sufficient time to kill those harmful organisms.
