Gay Encounter at Gym (2) – Want To Watch Movie Together?

While I was still in shock with the first gay encounter at gym, the second incident took place right after two weeks.

One day, while working out at the gym at Clark Hatch Fitness Center, I realized a pair of horny eyes were staring at me. This guy walked up. He introduced himself as a manager working in one of the five-star hotels in Kuala Lumpur.

Fine. Shook hands with him. Made a mistake. Exchanged my name card with him. At that point of time, I still did not know that he was a gay.

Left the gym in peace. It was the phone call which was interesting. (more…)

Review of Celebrity Fitness at One Utama (1U)

Celebrity Fitness started in Indonesia and it did not take long to set up its first outlet in Malaysia in year 2004. It was located at 1 Utama shopping complex at Bandar Utama. Due to its strategic location and its aggressive marketing effort, it scored brilliantly. Regionally, Celebrity Fitness has since expanded from 8 clubs in year 2005 to 13 clubs in year 2007.

Why Weight Training, Why Not Mopping Floor At Home?

Whether you are man or woman, fat or thin, short or long, weight training is good for your health. When I first went to gym, my mum had this perception that only those bulky type of body builders will train with weights and use the resistance machine. She would ask, “Why go to gym? Why not help me to mop the floor at home since you just want to build muscle?”

I told her, “If mopping floor help build muscle, janitor will be the next Mr Universe.” Sigh.  Most people are ill-informed as to how weight training can help them lead a healthier life.

Should We Eat After Working Out?

Most people work out to lose weight. I would say, burn fat should be the goal and not lose weight. After all, one should not lose weight by losing muscle or water. Fat is the real enemy.

Because of this weight loss mindset, many choose not to eat after exercising or working out at gym. Even if some dare to eat, they go for purely protein. Let’s look into this topic – Should We Eat After Exercising or Working Out?
