Clark Hatch Fitness Center is an established fitness company in Asia with more than 40 years of history. The first center was set up in Tokyo before it moved to Cambodia, China, Guam, Hawaii, India, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Nepal, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam. However, in Malaysia, the number of Clark Hatch Fitness Center has reduced from 13 to 11 centers.
I joined Clark Hatch in year 2003 and it is my first gym.
It was there where I learn about weight lifting, built my muscles and increased my weight (I was underweight then). It was also there where I know lots of friends and make some gay encounters which I never forget. (more…)

This is a true story. To me, I will call it a revelation. I learn many of my lessons through the hard way.
I dare not claim myself to be the fitness expert. My definition of fitness goes beyond physical fitness. It includes nutrition which I have much to learn. In fact, mental fitness is important too, but let’s leave it out for now. Whether it is workouts or diet plans, keeping our weight in check and body in fit condition is imperative for good health.
Many of us take health for granted, especially when we were young. I was one too. Once started working, seldom I did any exercise. Fried food was a must in almost all my meals. Instead of breakfast, lunch was my first meal of the day.

A true story. A tragic one. Why You Should Get Your Own Domain.
My name is Mun.
This post is not exactly my first post. I started a blog with Blogger (also known as Blogspot) in August 2005. Everything has been running great there for about 2 years until last week.
On 24 July 2007, my fitness site suddenly disappeared. A new owner has claimed the domain name. Thought that fellow has hijacked my account. Later, was told that Blogger may have classified my blog as spam blog accidentally. Once a blog fell into that category, it will be deleted.
So, Blogger has deleted my blog. It has also released the domain name to others. Gone were my 520 posts and 1680 comments. 2 years worth of effort went down to the drain within a day. The feeling is like hitting my head with a 50-pound dumbbell and the pain goes straight into the flesh and deep into my heart. (more…)
