Jet Li – The Wushu Champion

Jet Li started competing in wushu when he was only eight years old.  At this peak of his wushu sport career, he won fifteen gold medals and one silver medal in Chinese wushu championship.  He retired from wushu at the age of 17 and moved into another chapter of his life – acting.  His debut Shalin Temple in year 1982 made him a star and Once Upon A Time in 1991 are two of his best movies.

Who Else Want To Have Batman Christian Bale’s Yoyo Type of Body Transformation?

Do you know Christian Bale, who plays Batman in Dark Knight, is actually a vegetarian?

Christian Bale is a Welsh born English actor.  Before his Batman role in Batman Begins (2005) and The Dark Knight (2008), in year 2000, he played the role of a serial killer who has an incredibly ripped body in American Physco.  Then, in the film The Machinist in year 2004, at the height of 6’2″, he dropped his weight from 180 to 120 pounds for his role as an anorexic insomniac factory worker.  I read that he ate one can of tuna and an apple a day in order to lose so much of weight.  He wanted to go down to 100 pounds, but the movie producers had to stop him from doing so worrying Bale’s health would suffer too much. How To Prevent Night-Time Urination To Have A Good Night Sleep

Frequent need to urinate during night time when you sleep is known as nocturia.

Most people sleep for 6 to 8 hours without having to urinate.  Waking up too often in a night to pee may cause insomnia in serious case.  Not having enough sleep definitely leaves you fatigued the next morning even before you start the new day.  I personally do not like that experience – awake to feel the discomfort with pressure building in lower abdomen and have to to make a trip to bathroom.  The need to urinate once in a blue moon is not cause for concern.  However, if you need to wake up at least once every night, you may want to read on to find out why and the ways to prevent it from happening so that you have a good night sleep. Chest Workout (11) – Incline Dumbbell Flyes

Incline dumbbell flyes hit the outer part of the upper chest muscles.  It is great chest workout without exhausting your triceps.  This workout helps you to get a solid upper chest with nice curvature.

Steps:

How You Can Carry Water Bottle At Your Wrist While You Are Jogging

Jogging or running with a water bottle can be annoying.  No worry, someone came up with a creative wrist water bottle called HydroSport.  This bottle is fastened around your wrist like bracelet so that you are really hands-free when you run.  Each bottle holds 4 ounces of water and weights half a pound.  So, it is not really a lot of water and not heavy either to actually cause stress on the joint.
