Jogging or running with a water bottle can be annoying.  No worry, someone came up with a creative wrist water bottle called HydroSport.  This bottle is fastened around your wrist like bracelet so that you are really hands-free when you run.  Each bottle holds 4 ounces of water and weights half a pound.  So, it is not really a lot of water and not heavy either to actually cause stress on the joint. Understand What Calorie Deficit Is and Learn To Lose Weight The Right Way

I have been encouraging people to do incorporate weight training in their exercise and watch their diet to lose weight. You may think that I am nagging, but for weight control, they are highly recommended. In this post, I am going to tell you why.

First, in order to lose body weight, your body must be in a state of negative calories. You can achieve this goal in one of two ways:

  • Eat below you current calorie base (amount of calories needed to sustain your current body weight);
  • Increase the amount of activity you do that burns up more calories.

In order to get the best results, a combination of both is recommended. By increasing the amount of activity you do, you will not have to reduce all that much calories from your diet. (more…)

  1. Grab a pair of dumbbells.  Palms facing each other.  Let the dumbbells hang at your sides.  Your arms are fully extended.  Your legs should be closed so that your thighs do not block the weights from moving. (more…)
