Ryan Phillippe acted in Cruel Intentions and I Know What You Did Last Summer which were two favourite movies among teenagers during late 90s. After he was shot to fame, he started to really care about his appearance, including his body shape. Since then, he has been working out for the past decade. Today, at the age of 37, he still maintain his physique and was named one of the best summer body by Men’s Health magazine in year 2010.

Bruce Lee rose from a poor boy in Hong Kong to the world best action movie star in 1970s.  He stood at 5 feet 7 inches (about 1.71 meter) and weighed about 140 pounds (64 kilogram).  He is lean, ripped and powerful.  He had impressive physique that many celebrities including Arnold Schwarzenegger, Chuck Norris, Jackie Chan and Stephen Chow admired him.  Bruce Lee has much influence in Stephen Chow’s movies such as Kung Fu Hustle and Shaolin Soccer. Hilary Duff is an American artiste. Not only an actress, but also a pop singer, songwriter and an entrepreneur. In year 2007, she was ranked the seventh richest in the Forbes Top 20 Earners Under 25 with an annual earnings of $12 million. During Duff’s early days, she was criticized for her fat body. By 2005, she appeared to have lost weight leading to media speculation that she had developed eating disorder. She later came out to deny that and shared her side of story how she made changes in her lifestyle.
