If not required by your insurance company or employer for the medical checkup, you probably do not think about it until the next time you have it measured.

Are You Having Too Much Dressing For Your Salad?

I was having lunch with my female colleagues today.  Two of them ordered only salad as their meal, with the reason that they want to slim down.  When their food arrives, I saw them putting much mayonnaise as the dressing.  While I agree salads are healthy stuff, pouring too much of dressing may defeat the purpose of having salad in the first place.
