Detox diet fans believe that detox will help them to lose weight, get rid of cellulite and make their skin glow. They believe that our bodies are overloaded with toxins and therefore may cause problems like weight gain, energy loss and dull skin in long term. These toxins come from air pollution, caffeine, alcohol and processed foods. While the result is still lack of any concrete evidence, the diet is gaining ground, partly due to the marketing campaign initiated by the manufacturers in this multi-million dollar industry. How To Monitor Your Calories Expenditure Throughout the Day with Body Bugg

If you have watched the Biggest Loser season 6, you may have noticed some of the participants wearing some weird devices on their upper arm.  Those gadgets are called “Body Bugg”.  I bought it after my friends recommended me.  I have been using it for more than a year.  So far no regret.

I use Body Bugg to track my weight loss progress.  It estimates my burnt calories using “sensor fusion” by collecting range of body data.  Unlike pedometer and heart rate monitor which rely on single sensor, Body Bugg track activity level, whether you are walking, jogging or even sleeping.  This approach make Body Bugg a more reliable device with more accurate estimation.  I have been using many other gadgets, but so far, Body Bugg is the only one that have met my requirements. Wearing Makeup to the Gym?

I know most girls care about how they look like, including when they are exercising.  I have seen number of them wearing makeup at gym.  In fact, it is quite a norm during weekdays, especially right after working hours, between 6 to 8 PM.  Still, during weekend mornings, I often spot few female gym members having heavy make up while running on treadmills.

If a little waterproof mascara makes a woman feel better while exercising, no harm.  Just that long curled lashes, full foundation with glossylicious lips just a bit too much.  Look as if some are putting serious effort into their appearance even at the gym.  Some woman today have become so dependent on make-up to ‘appear’ attractive, that they prefer not to go anywhere without it.
