The Truth Behind Wheatgrass Health Benefits

When I went to visit my aunt last week, I was served with this green drink. Not green tea, but wheat grass juice. In fact, most of the restaurants in Malaysia are selling this wheat grass juice as health drink. My aunt told me that she has been drinking it ever since her friend told her that wheatgrass offers much health benefits including prevention of cancer.

Will You Wear “Charlie Bite” To Lose Weight?

I am not sure whether you have worn braces before. My brother did. When he started to wear braces, he actually lost some weight for the first few weeks. He did not eat much because he had not get used to the feeling of having foreign objects stuck to his teeth.

Based on similar concept, a creative dentist has come out with a metal device which is cemented to the lower teeth. If you open your mouth too wide, a hinged piece of metal comes down, preventing you from chewing until you lift back in place, making you to eat slower. By eating slower, you feel full before you overeat.

How Long Should You Brush Your Teeth?

According to a research done by Newcastle University that teeth not necessary is cleaner if you brush your teeth longer and harder. If you use brute force, you can damage the protective layer on the teeth and hurting your gums. The researchers recommend people to brush their teeth for about 2 minutes and apply pressure equivalent to the weight of an orange at 150 grams. Go find an orange with that weight and put it on your teeth, feel it, then use that force to brush your teeth. (more…)
