Can I Drink Water During Meal?

Some people may tell you not to drink too much water during meal. Their reason is that water may dilute the digestive juice (known as hydrochloric acid) and affect the normal digestion.

Is it true?

The truth is that water does not dilute digestive juice. The digestive juice is able to cope well with water. Only people who are having problems in making enough stomach acid need to worry about having too much water intake during meal. (more…)

I am not sure you have experienced this before – you got on the treadmill or stationary bike, put on your headphones and suddenly found out that you are bored. You are not alone, I have been to that stage. Most of us get into workout routines. Just imagine swimming for 10 laps a day, 3 times a week, do it for the next 20 weeks and eventually you will get bored. Biceps Workout (4) – Seated Barbell Preacher Curl

Preacher Curl is another great biceps workout to build strength and mass. A bit of history about Preacher Cur – Larry Scott, the first Mr Olympia (1965 & 66) is credited for coming out with preacher curl. So, this workout is also known as Scott Curl. Back then, not many people have 20 inches arms. But, Larry Scott, with the height of 5′ 8”, had those arms. Partly because of his preacher curls.
