
The gym that I go to launched Body Attack in November 2005, about 2 years ago. Gymnastiksalen, at jeg går til lanceret Body Attack i november 2005, ca 2 år siden. I have always wanted to join the very first class, but because of the terrific response, did not manage to get a place. It is a high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. My First Body Attack Class My First Body Attack klasse
So, after a month of its official launch, I went to the class 10 minutes before it started. Så efter en måned af den officielle lancering, gik jeg til klasse 10 minutter før det begyndte. Right before the class started, I saw another five curious members were actually standing out there struggling to join or not to join after seeing the big crowd inside the studio. The wide push up for the chest was fine, but the close grip push up which uses the triceps was tough. Two options were available, and I chose the tougher one. This running track made me understand that the class was named as Body Attack. Dette køresporet fik mig til at forstå, at klassen blev nævnt som Body Attack. The subsequent tracks were fine. De efterfølgende numre blev fint. Sweat a lot, much more than I did in Body Combat and Body Jam. My calves were exhausted and I had to stop half way in the second last track. Had sore calves after the class. Sveder meget, meget mere, end jeg gjorde i Body Combat og Body Jam. Mit kalve var opbrugt, og jeg var nødt til at stoppe halvvejs i anden sidste spor. Havde ondt kalve efter klasse. Fortunately, I have recovered after resting for two days. Pay attention to the hanging feet as shown in the above picture, they are pointed down as required. The girl standing beside me was good. Pigen stod ved siden af mig var god. Except the push up track which she stopped, she did not even stop for any other tracks which legs were involved. In summary, you will have warm ups with low impact moves. Sammenfattende vil du have varm ups med lav effekt træk. Then, with medium impact moves, your heart rate and energy level will increase. I heard there are plenty of push ups and sit ups in between of the tracks sometimes and its like very tiring. Jeg har hørt der er masser af push ups og sidde ups i mellem i sporene undertiden og gerne meget trættende. So, I decided not to give it a try. Så jeg besluttede ikke at give det en chance.
Oh well, maybe I must give it a try once to know how it feels like. Nå ja, måske jeg skal give det en chance en gang at vide, hvordan det føles. No pain no gain huh. Ingen smerte ingen gevinst huh. :) :)

Body Attack is my favourite among so many other classes, because it works overall body exercise, burn calories, the movements are quite easy yet effective, lastly it isn't boring at all. Body Attack er min favorit blandt så mange andre klasser, fordi det virker overordnet organ motion, forbrænder kalorier, bevægelserne er ganske let, men alligevel effektive, og endelig er det ikke kedeligt på alle. I love it! Jeg elsker det! The first time I went for Body Attack class I got a serious sore right calf too, takes me few days to recover. Den første gang jeg gik til Body Attack klasse fik jeg en alvorlig ondt i højre kalv også tager mig nogle dage at komme sig. After that I was okay whenever I attend the class. Efter at jeg var okay, når jeg deltager i klassen. I don't like Body Jam class as the dance movements are quite complicated and gives me sore soles on my feet the first time I attended the class! Jeg kan ikke lide Body Jam klasse som dans bevægelser er ret kompliceret og giver mig ondt i sålerne på mine fødder den første gang jeg deltog i klassen!

Body Attack is the best to challenge the stamina and endurance. Body Attack er den bedste til at udfordre den udholdenhed og udholdenhed.

Hi Ive now done three body attack classes and LOVE it! Hej Ive nu sket tre kroppen angreb klasser og LOVE it! The only problem is Ive been running weekly for over a year now (im just 22) and never had had bad shins or calves. Det eneste problem er Ive været i gang om ugen i over et år nu (im kun 22), og aldrig havde haft dårlige skinnebenene eller kalve. After my second attack class the INSIDE of my legs (calves) were killing! Efter mit andet angreb klasse indersiden af mine ben (kalve) blev dræbt! I had to stop! Jeg var nødt til at stoppe! Why this after the attack class? Hvorfor dette efter angrebet klasse? Should I stop? Skal jeg stoppe? Its not like shin splints because its the insed of my legs and its not like a good sor you get after a workout. Dens ikke som skinnebenssmerter fordi de INSED af mine ben og ikke som en god sor får du efter en træning. Id hate to stop?! Id hader at stoppe?! Perhaps a rest of at least 5 days between classes? Måske en pause på mindst 5 dage mellem klasser? And then can I still run on the tready the other days? Og så kan jeg stadig køre på tready de andre dage? My boyfriend thinms its my body not being used to the hard impact? Min kæreste thinms sin min krop ikke er vant til den hårde konsekvenser?

Thanks for your Body Attack review. Tak for dit Body Attack gennemgang. I have been taking Body Combat, Body Flow (aka Body Balance), Body Pump, and RPM for awhile now. Jeg har taget Body Combat, Body Flow (alias Body Balance), Body Pump, og RPM for et stykke tid nu. I tried a Body Jam class and though I consider myself coordinated and a good dancer, Jam totally traumatized me. Jeg prøvede en Body Jam klasse, og selvom jeg betragter mig selv koordineret og en god danser, Jam totalt traumatiserede mig. I could not keep up with the complicated moves and felt like a total spaz. Jeg kunne ikke holde trit med de komplicerede bevægelser og følte mig som en total spaz. Jam was the first and only class I have ever walked out of before it finished. Jam var den første og eneste klasse jeg nogensinde har gået ud fra, før den er færdig.
I am admittedly intimidated by trying new classes because of that experience, but your review of Attack has given me the confidence to try it after work today. Jeg er ganske vist intimideret ved at prøve nye klasser på grund af denne oplevelse, men din anmeldelse af Attack har givet mig selvtillid til at prøve det efter arbejde i dag. Now that I know the moves are not overly complicated, I'm sure I can at least finish the class! I'ma regular to body steps, body combat. Jeg er fast til kroppen skridt, body bekæmpe. body pump n rpm classes. organ pumpe n omdr. / min klasser. But my gym doesn't hav attck yet…soo i secretly followed my fellow instructor friend to another gym n try it out. Men mit gym ikke hav attck endnu ... soo i smug fulgte mine instruktør ven til et andet gym n prøve det. It wuz gud…i mean…gooddddd! Det gud wuz ... jeg mener ... gooddddd! Its almost d same as steps…juz w'out d board. Dens næsten d samme som skridt ... Juz w'out d bord. N yes…although i'm fit…when i did first time…it wuz exhausting…such a simple move but yet soo hard to do it. N ja ... selvom jeg er fit ... når jeg gjorde første gang ... det wuz udmattende ... sådan en simpel træk, men endnu soo svært at gøre det.
But overall…who could not love a 'les mills' release? Men overordnet ... som ikke kunne elske en 'Les Mills' release? Duhh… Duhh ...

Ahh ive done 4 BodyAttack classes, i am simply in love with it. Ahh ive gjort 4 BodyAttack klasser, jeg er bare forelsket i det. A wonderful alternative to RPM, in which i have done over a year!! Et fantastisk alternativ til RPM, som jeg har gjort i over et år! Bodypump is excellent too, yet i need to try bodystep one day. Bodypump er udmærket for, men jeg må prøve bodystep en dag. Looks like i was pretty fit, although it can get challenging at times (but have my RPM to thank me for that). Ser ud som jeg var temmelig passe, selv om det kan få udfordrende tider (men har min RPM at takke mig for det). I wish to instruct these programs in the future Jeg ønsker at instruere disse programmer i fremtiden

I love Body Attack (used to do it in Australia), can't find any of the classes here in Boston though. Jeg elsker Body Attack (bruges til at gøre det i Australien), kan ikke finde nogen af de klasser her i Boston selv. I've downloaded a couple of the dvd's online so at least i'll be able to go through them from home (not as satisfying as in a class, unfortunately) Jeg har downloadet et par af DVD's online så jeg i det mindste vil være i stand til at gå igennem dem fra hjemmet (ikke så tilfredsstillende som i en klasse, desværre)

Iam a fifty year guy who is a les mills addict. Iam en halvtreds år fyr, der er en Les Mills narkoman. I really love attack. Jeg elsker virkelig angreb. Sometimes I do four les mills class in a row. Nogle gange kan jeg lave fire Les Mills klasse i træk. Last night did body pump followed by rpm followed by attack then another body pump. I aftes gjorde organ pumpe efterfulgt af rpm efterfulgt af angreb derefter et andet organ pumpe. It's doable but I'm pretty fried by the second body pump. Det er doable men jeg er temmelig stegt ved den anden instans pumpen. I am hoping for a les mills anonymous Jeg håber på en Les Mills anonym

I enjoyed your comments for BodyAttack and swear that it's the most challenging fitness class around. Jeg nød dine kommentarer til BodyAttack og sværger, at det er det mest udfordrende fitness klasse ca. I'm currently 45 yrs young & currently do this class 2x a week, one at 6:30 am in the morning and having being doing so for over 25 years since it's conception as “Jazzercise or Jazzergetics “. Jeg er i øjeblikket 45 år yngre og i øjeblikket gør denne klasse 2x om ugen, en på 6:30 om morgenen, og der er dermed i over 25 år siden den Opfattelse som "Jazzercise eller Jazzergetics". The music is great and you are guaranteed to get on a high with with an adrenalin rush of endorphins. Musikken er fantastisk og du er garanteret at få på en høj med med en adrenalinsuset af endorfiner.
I combine these classes with a weekly “Body Circuit ” class & road running. Jeg kombinerer disse klasser med en ugentlig "Body Circuit" klasse & road kører.
Over the years I have set myself a standard by doing “brick workout” by going for a 10km run then doing a 60 min class – at least twice a week. I årenes løb har jeg sat mig en standard by doing "mursten workout" ved at gå til en 10 km løb derefter gøre en 60 min klasse - mindst to gange om ugen. Great way of building stamina & endurance – & getting well toned calves !! Fantastisk måde at opbygge udholdenhed og udholdenhed - og at blive rask tonet kalve!

i did push ups for about 3 days and iam suffering from abdomen pain this usually happen when i lift dumbels & even during push ups how should i get rid of the abdomen pain Jeg gjorde push ups i ca 3 dage og IAM, der lider af mave smerter dette normalt ske, når jeg løfter dumbels & selv under push ups, hvordan skal jeg slippe af med mave smerter
