After trying Po poskusu Body Pump Body Pump , , Body Combat Body Combat and in Body Jam Body Jam , Body Balance was my next target. , Body Balance je moj naslednji cilj. Body Balance is the combination of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout. Body Bilanca je kombinacija joge, Tai Chi in pilates Uvježbavanje. That is why whenever people ask me what Body Balance is, I will just tell them that it is the Western version of Yoga and Tai Chi.   1. We started with Tai Chi warm up . Začeli smo z Tai Chi ogreje. While I used to laugh at my grandparents of practicing Tai Chi, I suddenly understood it could be so different when I did it myself in the class.   3. After that, it is pilates meant for the abdominals and lower back muscles. Po tem je mišljen Pilates za abdominals in nižje nazaj mišice. At this point of time, I was already exhausted. Do not expect much from an hour group class. Ne pričakujem veliko od ure skupino razred. But, if you attend it regularly, I am sure it will help to enhance physical and mental well being. Therefore, if you are looking something in between, Body Balance will be the choice. Torej, če iščete nekaj vmes, Body Balance bo izbire. Have to admit that the controlled breathing, concentration and the series of stretches, moves and poses can be considered a holistic workout. Comparing with other classes, though the fun element is not found in Body Balance, the benefits gained in the class are worth for me to go for another visit next time.     Body Balance is a nice and relaxing class. Body Bilanca je prijetna in sprostitvena razred. I fell in love with the class when I first joined. Padel sem zaljubljen v ta razred, ko sem prvič pridružil. Although it might not be as tough as Yoga, but after the one hour you will definitely feel your muscles are well stretched. Čeprav se morda ne bo, kot trd kot joga, vendar po eni uri boste zagotovo počutili vaše mišice dobro raztegne. I even sweat a lil' in the class. Jaz tudi znoj je lil v razredu. I used to do Yoga but stopped as I felt tat the instructors were too pushy and I ended up with injured muscles.     I too had the same issue. Preveč sem imel isto vprašanje. I had to leave the gym that offered it becuase of finaces. Morala sem zapustiti telovadnice, ki je ponujena, ker finaces. I would love to get any body balance video. Rada bi dobila vsak organ bilance video.

    Please let me know if you can are there any available? Prosim, obvestite me, če lahko obstajajo so na voljo?

    Taichi in Body Balance is bullshit. Taichi v Body Balance je sranje.
    Your grandpa/grandma's Taichi is still better than the one in BB. Tvoj ded / babica je Taichi je še bolje kot v tisti, v BB.

    The Tai Chi in BB is only a warmup sequence – not a complete Tai Chi course! V Tai Chi v BB je samo zaporedje warmup - ni popoln Tai Chi Seveda! Just like the entire yoga section of BB is yoga asana adapted for mass general consumption – not a yoga class. Tako kot celotna joga poglavje BB je joga asana prilagojeno za množično splošno porabo - ne jogo razred. I can pick out dozens of things wrong with the yoga sections of every BB release (like no inversions, odd variations of Surya Namaskar, the 'swan' pose (eka pada rajakapotasana) – but why bother when it's not intended to be a yoga class? Ne morem izbrati ducat stvari narobe z jogo oddelki vsakih BB javnost (kot ne inverzije, liha različic Surya Namaskar je "LABOD" pomenijo (eka pada rajakapotasana) - ampak zakaj se trudim, ko ni namenjena, da je joga razred ?

    I've been teaching BB for nearly 10 years and I still love it. Ive 'been poučevanja BB za skoraj 10 let in sem še vedno navdušena. It has also served to introduce many people to Tai Chi and yoga.     The strength of the program lies in the attention to safety, simplicity, access (it's in a gym, not a yoga centre), and the great music.     My friend and I once have decided to go to the fitness club. Moj prijatelj in jaz, ko so se odločili za skok na fitness club. Finally chose one and started looking through loads of trainings in the club's schedule. Nazadnje je izbral eno in začeli iskati skozi obremenitev treninga v klub urnik. Body Balance was the first class we decided to enter. Body Balance je bil prvi razred, smo se odločili za vstop.
    I really liked it. Res mi je bilo všeč. Yes, I even had my muscles a bit sick. Da, sem celo imela moje mišice malo bolna. Now, after a while, I find it too easy for me, though I do BB after entering BC to relax. Zdaj, po čemer se mi zdi preveč enostavno za mene, čeprav jaz BB po vstopu BC sprostiti.
    All in all, IMHO, this training is perfect for those who have just started doing fitness, or for making your muscles relax after an intense one. Skratka, IMHO, to usposabljanje je kot nalašč za tiste, ki so pravkar začele delaš fitnes, ali za vaše mišice sprostite po intenzivnih eno.
