Taichi in Body Balance is bullshit.太极在身体平衡是胡说八道。

The Tai Chi in BB is only a warmup sequence – not a complete Tai Chi course!太极在bb是只有热身序列-而不是一个完整的邰赤当然! D and Vicki: you can only get the bodybalance dvd if you are certified to teach the program, other than that, the best way to learn is attending the balance classes.
