Taichi in Body Balance is bullshit.太極在身體平衡是胡說八道。

The Tai Chi in BB is only a warmup sequence – not a complete Tai Chi course!太極在bb是只有熱身序列-而不是一個完整的邰赤當然! D and Vicki: you can only get the bodybalance dvd if you are certified to teach the program, other than that, the best way to learn is attending the balance classes.
