My Advice Moj nasvet
- When I first started, I have attended the class whenever I could which I believe that it was too much. Ko sem prvič začel sem obiskoval razreda, ko sem lahko kar jaz verjamem, da je bilo preveč. It is pretty addictive. Listen to your body and let it rest. For beginner, two classes a week is enough for the start. To je precej zasvoji. Poslušajte svoje telo in kaj je ostalo. Yes, body combat class is addictive… especially if you've been watching too many Jackie Chan's movies.. I enjoy the Muay Thai track the most. Uživam v Muay Thai skladbo najbolj. It really test out your stamina since you need to do some high jumps n kicks. Res preskus svoje vzdržljivosti, saj boste morali narediti nekaj visoko skokovima n brcne. But again, you can always choose the easy option.. Ampak zopet, lahko vedno izberete možnost enostavno .. Just listen to your body. Samo poslušaj svoje telo. Also body combat class is the best class to release your stress and tension if you had a hard day at work :) Just imagine your boss is the invisible opponent :p Tudi boj proti telesa razreda je najboljši razred za javnost vaš stres in napetost, če ste imeli težko dan v službi:) Zamislite si tvoj šef je neviden nasprotnik: p

anyway, i've seen the classes and it is always packed to the brim. nekako, sem videl razredov in vedno je pakirano do roba. quite fun too. zabavna preveč.
i think i'll give it a go when i'm more fit. Mislim, da bom dal to go ko sem bolj primerni. :-) :-)

Oh ya, new term in body combat: Ginga – the brazillian capoeira move. Oh ya, novi mandat v organu, proti: Ginga - za brazillian capoeira premakniti. This is added lately in the last few releases and believed to be available in every release from now on. Hi! Živjo! I found this thing you'd written because I was googling Body Combat and Benefits. Našel sem to stvar ki ste jo pisno, ker sem bil googling Body Combat in koristi. The reason I was doing this was because i adore the class. Razlog sem počel je bilo to zato, ker Obožujem ta razred. I have previously been a treadmill runner at the gym, but because of a leg injury (which is not a very good reason to start jumping around like crazy), i decided to take classes instead. Sem že bil Dirinčenje runner v telovadnici, ampak zato, ker je poškodbe nog (ki ni zelo dober razlog, da začnete skakanje okoli kot nori), sem se odločil, da sprejme namesto razredov. My leg is better now, but man, I won't go back. Moja noga je bolje, ampak človek, jaz ne grem nazaj. I love Body Combat because not only is it heaps and heaps of fun, it can be as easy or as hard as you make it. Ljubim Body Combat, ker ne samo, da je to kupi in kupi zabave, se lahko tako enostavno ali kot trd kot vam bo uspelo. The first few times I went i mostly spent copying other people and trying to get through it without dying. Prvih nekaj krat sem šla jaz v glavnem porabljena kopiranjem drugih ljudi in poskuša priti skozi brez umira. Now, though, after a month of going to a few classes a week, I feel much better (although sometimes i feel ridiculous as well), and today my punches and kicks had a massive improvement. California just launch it 3 weeks ago. Kalifornija le začetek je 3 tedne nazaj.
For this new release is less impact compare to release 36 where got a lot of jump kick. Za te nove javnost manj vpliva primerjajo s sproščanjem 36, če imaš veliko skok strel.
But i enjoy the release :) Toda i uživajte sprostitev:)

Just Joined a les mills body combat class in the uk….love it…thought the tutor was having a laugh when i first went, trying to kill me…but i couldnt wait for my secon session…im just picking up the moves and keeping up with the combinations gets me a little flustered but even on my second session i could sense i had improved a bit.Im now in the process of convincing my daughter and partner to join me… Samo Pridružen a les mills organ boj razred v uk .... Hello Zdravo
I was perusing the internet searching for Body Combat. Sem bil perusing internetu iščejo Body Combat. About 5 months ago I started doing Body Combat and not only did I loose weight, feel great and have fun. Približno 5 meseci sem začel delaš Body Combat in ne samo sem mehko maso, počutim super in se zabavaj. I also learnt alot about myself and found a really good bunch of people to hand out with. Jaz tudi naučili veliko o sebi in našla res dober kup ljudi, da z roko. I go 5 times a week now and I get really excited about it, when I know that I'm gonna go. Sem šel 5-krat na teden, in zdaj sem dobil res razburjen glede tega, ko vem, da bom šel. (it's getting to the point where people who don't 'get' combat are avoiding me!!! lol) (to je vse do točke, kjer se ljudje, ki ne "zaslužiti" boj se izognili me! lol)
I always feel exhausted and great after the class and I am thinking about becoming an instructor! Jaz vedno počutijo izčrpane in veliko po razredu in jaz sem razmišljal o postaja inštruktorja! I would definately need to up my fitness level… (and learn to drive!) But it's become a passion of mine. Jaz bi definitivno morali mi fitnes stopnja ... (in se učijo voziti!) Ampak to je postala moja strast. I would recomend it to anyone and everyone (which I do on a daily basis!!!) Jaz bi jo priporočam vsakomur in vsem (kar počnem na dnevni osnovi!)

OMG!! OMG! it's so hardcore and I enjoy it every time I do it and try to take it up a notch. je tako nedopustnih in sem užival, ko sem vse to naredil in poskusite vzeti ga je zarezo. trust me try this class and you'll never regret any of it!! verjemi mi poskušate tem razredu in ne boste nikoli obžalovanjem koli je!

We don't have any classes where we live. Nimamo vse razrede, kjer živimo. =( can i take Body Combat classes online ? If not, what videos do i need to watch first on YouTube? = (I lahko sprejmejo Body Combat razrede online? Če ne, kakšen videi Ali moram paziti najprej na YouTube?

Unfortunately there are no classes online. Na žalost ne obstajajo razredi online. The trainers have to go through a 3 day course (after getting their gym instructors licence) and they have to pay for the releases as they are released. Mentorjev, morajo iti skozi 3 dan seveda (po njihovem prihodu telovadnica inštruktorji dovoljenje) in jih morajo plačati za javnost, kot so sproščeni. So they are not willing to sell them on and you have to be a body combat instructor to buy them. Torej niso pripravljeni za prodajo na njih in ti so, da je organ za boj proti inštruktor jih kupili. Most body combat instructors consider teaching as more of a hobby, their passion for it makes you want to do better. There is a body combat class after I attended body pump at the Gold's Gym I go to and I thought I would give it a try, stay for maybe 15 minutes to see what the deal is.
