
Finally, I have tried Body Jam. Til sidst har jeg forsøgt Body Jam.
What is Body Jam? Hvad er Body Jam? Body Jam is a mixture of dance and aerobics moves blended with the latest sounds of hip hop, funk, and Latin American music . Body Jam er en blanding af dans og aerobic flytter blandes med den nyeste lyd af hip hop, funk, og latinamerikansk musik. It can be considered as a cardio workout. Det kan betragtes som et hjerte workout. Apart from making you sweat, fun is another important element in the 1-hour class. Bortset fra at du sved, sjov er et andet vigtigt element i den 1-times klasse. I realized that what is more important is to release yourself and enjoy the moves in the music. Jeg indså, at hvad der er mere vigtigt, er at frigøre dig selv og nyd den bevæger sig i musikken. Therefore, not to be confused by the jargons of Body Jam dance moves – double back turn, moon run, jive kick, rip it, grab and drop, tweeter turn, jump turn and krump club routine. Derfor ikke må forveksles med jargons af Body Jam dans flytter - dobbelt tilbage igen månen køre, Jive kick, rippe den, grab og tabe, diskant igen hoppe drejningsviser og krump klub rutine.
Like other Les Mills classes, new Body Jam is released every three months with new music and choreography so that you will not get bored. Ligesom andre Les Mills klasser, nye Body Jam frigives hver tredje måned med ny musik og koreografi, så får du ikke keder sig.

Benefits of Body Jam Fordele ved Body Jam
- You will burn calories. Du vil brænde kalorier.
- Not everyone can dance well. Ikke alle kan danse godt. But dance is great for improving coordination with focus on movement tempos. Men dans er fantastisk til at forbedre koordinationen med fokus på bevægelighed tempi.

My first Body Jam class: Mit første Body Jam klasse:
Before going for my first Body Jam class, I had such a great expectation, much higher than I had on Body Pump. Inden vi går til mit første Body Jam klassen, jeg havde sådan en stor forventning, meget højere, end jeg havde på Body Pump. Sad to say, the higher the expectation, the worse the experience was. Trist at sige, at jo højere forventning, det værre oplevelsen var. My first class was a bad experience for me. Min første klasse var en dårlig oplevelse for mig. The instructor has assumed everyone could dance like Michael Jackson. Instruktørpåtegning har påtaget sig alle kunne danse ligesom Michael Jackson.
Out of fourteen of us, four of us raised our hand when he asked who the first timer was. Ud af fjorten af os fire af os rejste vores side, da han spurgte, hvem de første timer var. After twenty minutes, except the first few girls were able to follow what the instructor was doing, others have slowed down. Finally, an hour has gone. Endelig, en time er gået. The kind instructor asked, “Anyone have anything to ask?” No one asked anything. Den slags instruktør spurgte: "Alle har noget at spørge?" Because of my close friend's persuasion, I went for Body Jam second time. På grund af min nære ven overtalelse, jeg gik for Body Jam anden gang. Fortunately, this instructor was much better. Heldigvis er denne instruktør var meget bedre.
Things went really well. Det gik rigtig godt. The instructor was fantastic. Instruktørpåtegning var fantastisk. He went extra miles to show us the steps, not twice, but at least five times to get us started. Han gik ekstra miles for at vise os de skridt, ikke to gange, men mindst fem gange for at få os i gang. Front view and side view. Set forfra og fra siden. He taught us to mind our steps before paying attention to our hands. Han lærte os til at tænke på vores trin før opmærksom på vores hænder. At least twenty five of us were in the class and I guessed that number alone proved that he has a huge fan base. At the end of the class, I walked out from the class feeling happy that I gave it another try. If not because of my friend and this instructor, I would not have known Body Jam is that fun. Ved afslutningen af den klasse, gik jeg ud fra klassen føle glæde, at jeg gav det endnu en chance. Hvis ikke på grund af min ven og denne instruktør, ville jeg ikke have vidst Body Jam er, at det sjovt.

My advice: Mit råd:
- You will sweat a lot. Du vil svede meget. So, bring a water bottle and towel. Så sætter en vand flaske og håndklæde.
- Wear something loose and comfortable for maximum movement. Bær noget løs og behagelig for maksimal bevægelighed.
- As for shoes, go for shoes which allow you to twist and turn comfortably. Med hensyn til sko, gå til sko, som giver dig mulighed for at vride og dreje komfortabelt.

- Focus on the steps first. Fokus på de skridt, først. Once you master the move then you can follow upper part body moves . Når du mestrer flytte derefter kan du følge øverste del kroppen bevæger sig.
- Before you join the class, ask around to make sure the instructor is good. Otherwise, it will really spoil the fun. Før du slutte sig til klassen, så spørg rundt for at sikre, at instruktør er god. Ellers vil det virkelig ødelægge det sjove. It is the instructor who makes the difference. Det er den instruktør, der gør forskellen.
If you want to dance like those people in MTV, join Body Jam and get ready to get high on the feeling of dance. My first Body Jam class was fun as the instructor was good. Mit første Body Jam klasse var sjovt som instruktør var god. She really took the effort to teach us step by step although there were few regulars there. Hun virkelig var af den indsats for at lære os skridt for skridt selv om der var nogle regulars der. So I had fun and was able to follow correctly. Så jeg havde det sjovt og var i stand til at følge korrekt. But some of the music tracks are not nice though. Men nogle af de musiknumre er ikke rart, skønt. BodyJam uses lotsa trance music. BodyJam bruger lotsa trance musik. There is another class .. Der er en anden klasse .. MTV Jam in which I've attended also. MTV Jam, hvor jeg har deltaget i også. It teaches you those dance move you see on MTV… Hehehe … So, now I am learning to dance like a Pussycat Doll.. Det lærer dig disse dans flytte du ser på MTV ... hehehe ... Så nu skal jeg lære at danse som en Pussycat Doll .. LoL LOL

After a long time, finally I have the guts to attend Body Jam class yesterday. Efter en lang tid, endelig har jeg modet til at deltage Body Jam klasse går. There were so many people and 50% of them are middle aged ladies.. Der var så mange mennesker og 50% af dem er midaldrende damer .. ;p For the first time, I really sweat a lot in a Body Jam class. p For første gang, jeg har virkelig sved et parti i en Body Jam klasse. It was fun and music is not too bad too. Det var sjovt og musik ikke er for dårlig for. Think I will stick to this class for time being ;) Tror jeg skal holde mig til denne klasse for tiden;)

I wish if I could. Jeg ville ønske, hvis jeg kunne. I like to hip around with great HipHop music. Jeg kan godt lide at hoften rundt med stor HipHop musik. It's like a club but less people and I get to dance around and sweat out all I can. Det er ligesom en klub, men færre mennesker, og jeg kommer til at danse rundt og sved ud af alt, hvad jeg kan. Still, I'm into high reps training & high intensity cardio :( Stadig, jeg er i høj REPS uddannelse & høj intensitet hjerte: (

It was very nice to read your review. Det var rart at læse din anmeldelse. I am interested in becoming a BodyJam instructor, but don't know how to yet. Jeg er interesseret i at blive en BodyJam instruktør, men ved ikke, hvordan man endnu. Does anyone have any advise? Er der nogen har nogen rådgive?

I really didn't like my first experience either. Jeg ved virkelig ikke kunne lide mine første erfaringer enten. It wasn't the teacher, it was my not liking the moves too much! Det var ikke læreren, det var min ikke lide den bevæger sig for meget! I kept going for the unit that was being done, feeling very much like the white girl who doesn't have rhythm!! Jeg holdes i gang for den enhed, der var ved at blive gjort, følelse meget gerne den hvide pige, som ikke har rytme! I always thought I could dance good enough, but not this pop-lock stuff…I look like I'm trying too hard or something! Jeg har altid troet, jeg kunne danse godt nok, men ikke denne pop-lock kram ... Jeg ser gerne, jeg prøver for hårdt eller noget! Well, last night I went to the Body Jam class and it was different and a lot better. Nå, i går aftes tog jeg til den Body Jam klasse, og det var anderledes og meget bedre. I still felt like the white chick with no rhythm, but I was getting it better than most of the people in the class. Jeg stadig følte mig som den hvide kylling uden rytme, men jeg fik det bedre end de fleste af de mennesker i klassen. My advice to those wanting to take these classes is to keep going because they change the music and choreography every so often so you get a chance to do all kinds of dancing! Mit råd til dem, der ønsker at tage disse klasser er at holde ud, fordi de ændrer musik og koreografi hvert så ofte, så du får en chance for at gøre alle former for dans! I really liked the one last night and will be sad to see it go! Jeg virkelig godt lide den ene går aftes og vil blive trist at se det gå!
I just wish I knew about how many calories I burned in that hour. Jeg ville ønske, jeg vidste om, hvor mange kalorier jeg brændt i denne time. I worked pretty hard, so I am guessing around 400 – 450? Jeg arbejdede temmelig hårdt, så jeg gætte omkring 400 - 450?
