One of the main reasons I left Clark Hatch for True Fitness is because of Les Mills classes. Eden glavnih razlogov zakaj sem zapustil Clark Hatch za True Fitness je zaradi Les Mills razrede. Now, you have a choice – weight lifting exercise in big group. Body Pump is a mixture of aerobic exercise with weight lifting training . My First Body Pump Class Moj prvi Body Pump razred
When I first entered the class, was shocked to find out that ladies outnumbered guys . Ko sem prvič vstopil v razred, je bila šokirana, da ugotovim, da chers premoči fantje. Before the class started, like everyone else, I first took a platform (use as a bench), a bar and some weights. Once I felt that the weights were like plastic material, I was wondering whether guys can get a real workout with them. I have been doing weight training for close to two years, so, I took some heavy weight. Sem delala maso usposabljanja za skoraj dve leti, tako da sem nekaj težkih teže. For the 1-hour class, all the major muscle groups are worked out , from the warm up through legs, chest, back, triceps, biceps, shoulders and abdominals, before the stretch and cool down. Za 1 uro razredu, vse večje mišične skupine so izdelane iz ogreje preko nogah, prsih, hrbtu, Opruzač, biceps, ramena in abdominals, preden se raztezajo in ohladi. Each exercise lasts the length of one track of music (which is about 4 to 5 minutes), with pauses between tracks used to alter weight levels. After few classes, I realized that Les Mill has 45-minutes class too – eight-track format is used, omitting the triceps and biceps tracks. Po nekaj razredov, sem spoznala, da Les Mill je 45 minut razred preveč - osem-track format se uporablja, razen v Opruzač in biceps skladbe.

Once you attended few more classes, you will know what they meant when they mentioned squats, chest press, dead row, clean and press, bicep curl and lunges. What I Like About Body Pump: Kaj mi je všeč O Body Pump:

Mun's Advice: Mun's Advice:

  • One should focus in the forms than taking heavy weights. I went for heavy weights and failed to maintain the correct postures after few repetitions.   • If it is your first time to Body Pump, arrive early so that the instructor can help you set up , show you how the equipment is used, and how much weight you should use for your first class.     I love bodypump a lot. Ljubim bodypump veliko. I used to attend only once a week thinking it would help me to tone up…yeah it did but very minimal result. Sem se udeležil le enkrat na teden razmišljam, da bi mi pomagala, da tona gor ... ja to je pa zelo minimalen rezultat. Then I've started attending 3 times per week now .. Potem sem začela obiskuje 3-krat na teden, zdaj .. and the results are good. in rezultati so dobri. Am very happy with pump classes.. Sem zelo zadovoljna s črpalko razreda .. It really make me work hard .. Res me dela težko .. I do not really increase the weights but I rather focus more on doing each track with the correct technique. Res ne povečanje uteži, ampak sem precej bolj osredotočiti na delaš vsak tir s pravilno tehniko. I still have the same result… I will continue with this work out. Sem še vedno istega rezultata ... bom nadaljevala s tem delom ven. And by the way Mun, I really love your blog. In mimogrede Mun, res ljubezen vaš blog.     I am not exactly sure there are body pump classes in any of the gyms in mumbai. Nisem ravno prepričana obstajajo organ črpalka razredov v katerem koli izmed telovadnic v Bombaj. my comment was more about my laziness in getting to the gym in teh first place, not about the bodypump classes. moj komentar je bil bolj o moji lenobi pri prihodu v telovadnici na prvem mestu, ne glede na bodypump razrede. there are a few good gyms in mumbai – one chain called Talwalkars are pretty much decent, but crowded. There are a few good niche ones, so you'll have to hunt around and see if they have body pump sessions. Am planning to call up a few of the better gyms in mumbai this weekend to figure out if they have bodypump sessions.     Hi all Pozdravljeni vsi
    Ive been doing free wheight training for 3 years now 3 days a week with two days in between cardio. Ive je delal brezplačno wheight usposabljanja za 3 leta zdaj 3 dni na teden dva dni med kardio.
    In the last 6 months i had hit a plato. V zadnjih 6 mesecih sem zadel Plato.
    So i replaced one of my cardio days with a pump class. Torej i nadomesti eden od mojih cardio dni s črpalko razred.
    Its worked wonders it has broken my plato with my free wheights and also give my muscles more definition. Njegova delal čudeže je raskinuli svoj plato pri moji prosti wheights in tudi dati svoje mišice več opredelitev.

    Thanks for all the tips. Hvala za vse nasvete. I had a knee injury; been working with a personal trainer but this week thought I would add Body Pump. Imel sem poškodbo kolena; delal z osebnim trenerjem, ampak ta teden sem mislil, da bi dodali Body Pump. Thanks to you chose light weights and found the class comfortable. Hvala, da ste izbrali lahkih uteži in ugotovila, da je razred udobno. Will add more weight gradually. Bodo dodali več teže postopoma. The teacher was very good and made sure I was comfortable. Učitelj je bil zelo dober in je prepričan, da sem bil prijetno.

Zdravo prijatelji ... .... i was searching bodypump class in mumbai but nobady offer suh lesmills class……i feel bad…… but im planing to open my owb brand in mumbai……. i je bilo iskanje bodypump razredu v Bombaj, vendar nobady ponudbo suh lesmills razred ... ... Slabo se počutim ... ... ampak im načrtovanje, da se odpre moja owb znamko v Bombaj ... .... and i will keep all lesmills class…….. i in bo vse lesmills razred ... ... ..

    hi mun, hi mun,
    i am an avid reader of ur blog. Jaz sem navdušen bralec ur blog. i have been doing body pump ,off and on for over 6 months. i so bili delaš telesu črpalka, izklop in za obdobje, daljše od 6 mesecev. last week i saw a picture of myself and realised i looked like a deformed body bulder. prejšnji teden sem videla sliko sebe in realizirani i lepotec všeč biti a deformirajo telo bulder. my shoulders and chest were huge but my lower body was small.. moja ramena in prsi so bile velike, vendar moje telo je bila nižja majhna .. i really dont know what i have been doing wrong. i dont res veš kaj sem počel narobe. Have i been carrying too heavy weights for the shoulder and chest exercises.. Sem bil preveč prevaža težke uteži za rame in prsih vaje .. its really not flattering to look like he man if ur a woman u know? svoje res ne Laskav da izgleda, kot da človek, če Ur ženska u ve? so i have decided to stay off pump class for a while and do more cardio stuff.. zato sem se odločil, da prekine izklop črpalke razredu za nekaj časa in narediti več kardio stvari ..

    what would you suggest i do? kaj bi po vašem mnenju storim? i work out primarily to burn fat and tone up. i work out predvsem gorijo maščobe in tona gor. i want the buffed look but not to this extent la.. Hočem buffed videz, vendar ne v tem obsegu la ..

    Try to introduce a mid to lower body work out for you legs and abs .eg free weights or weight machines at least once a week. Poskusite uvesti sredi nižje organ dela za vas noge in ABS. Npr. prosti uteži ali masi strojev vsaj enkrat na teden.
    This may even up your body profile and give the impression of a small upper body. To lahko celo svoje telo profil in daje vtis, da gre za majhne zgornji del telesa.

    You are perfectly correct in your advice about the weight selection. Vi ste popolnoma pravilno nasvet o teži izbiro. All too often, i see newcomers set themselves up with the same weights they use in their free weigths session. Vse preveč pogosto vidim novinke same določile z istim uteži ki jih uporabljajo v svojih prostih weigths zasedanja.

    Bodypump is all about strength and endurance, not massive weights. Bodypump je vse o moči in vzdržljivosti, ne masovnega uteži. Sure, most weightlifters can squat most of their body weight for 3 * 10 sets, but that's not something you can do when a typical Pump squat track has between 80 and 100 squats. Seveda, večina weightlifters lahko Čučanj večino svojih telesne mase, 3 * 10 določa, ampak to ni nekaj, kar lahko narediš, če je tipična Pump Čučanj skladbo je med 80 in 100 squats.

    Hi, I am a Body Jam addict, and recently joint Body Pump as well in order to get some more definition and burn some more calories. Zdravo, jaz sem Body Jam zasvojene, in nedavno skupno Body Pump tudi zato, da bi dobili nekaj več opredelitev in gorijo nekaj več kalorij. I am planning to do 2 a week Pump, and twice a week Body Jam. I am nameravate do 2 na teden črpalk ter dvakrat tedensko Body Jam. I wonder how long do I have to do Pump before I see results. Zanima me, koliko časa imam jaz Pump pred vidim rezultatov.
    How many sessions will I have to do to start seeing some body changes? Koliko sej bom moram storiti, da se začne videvati nekaj telesne spremembe?

    I would a least go 3 days a week for the two weeks and make sure you are at least giving it 90 to 100% effort on your weights side of things .but still being able to keep correct form you want to walk out of there knowing you couldnt realy go any harder. Jaz bi vsaj šla 3 dni na teden, za dva tedna in se prepričajte, da ste vsaj čemer je 90 do 100% napor na vaši strani uteži stvari. Pa še vedno omogočiti, da ohranijo pravilno obliko želite hoditi ven vedoč vi strjena lava res gre težje.
    I am sure if you kept this up you would notice changes in youe body profile fairly soon. Prepričan sem, če se gojijo to boste opazili spremembe v youe organ profil dokaj hitro. say within 3 to 4 week sessions pravijo v 3 do 4 tedne zasedanje

    I have a question for you tho… I've been doing les mills step classes for a while now and absolutely love them. Imam vprašanje za vas tho ... sem delal les mills korak razredi za nekaj časa zdaj in absolutno ljubezen jih.

    However.. Vendar .. I did pump classes as well for about 3 weeks at one stage and started to notice i was getting bulkier. Jaz sem črpalko razredov kot tudi za približno 3 tedne v eni fazi in začela obvestilo sem bulkier. I don't want to do that obviously.. Jaz ne želim, da seveda .. Has anyone else had this problem? Has kdorkoli je to problem? Is it all in my head? Ali je vse v moji glavi? I think i must build muscle easy as i gained almost 2 kgs when i did it…. Mislim, da morajo graditi mišice enostavno kot sem pridobila skoraj 2 kg, ko sem to storil .... Any comments? Kakršne koli pripombe? advice? nasvet? I'd like to tone… down rather than up :) Želel bi Ton ... dol namesto gor:)

    To karen and Nadz: It is common to see your weight goes up a little bit after you have regularly attended Body Pump. Za Karen in Nadz: Ni sporno, da vidijo vaše teže gre gor malo po tem, ko ste redno obiskovala Body Pump. The increase is because of the build up of your muscle which is heavier than fat. Povečanje je zaradi oblikovanju vaših mišic, ki so težje od maščobe.

    well direct com to the point……. com tudi neposredno na točko ... .... when u do same weight training ur bone density will go high thats yu when u weight ur self u feel that u gain 1 or 2 kg …. če u storiti enako težo usposabljanja ur kostne gostote bo to visoko YU ko u teža ur self u menijo, da je dobiček v 1 ali 2 kg, .... but chek ur body fat % im sure ur body fat will go down and fat free mass u will gain….. vendar chek ur telesne maščobe% im prepričani ur telesne maščobe bo šel dol in maščobe prosti maso in bodo pridobila ... ..

    well im teaching bodypump since 2years now…. im dobro poučevanje bodypump od 2years zdaj .... and bodypump is low weight and high repition workout so there is no chance for gaining any weight … it will just tone ur body and gain muscels….. in bodypump nizko težo in visoko repition Uvježbavanje tako ni možnosti za pridobitev katere koli teže ... bo samo ton ur telesne in dobiček školjke ... ..

    if u have good food,good gym,good exercise program,good equipment, then there in no chance to gain any weight….. če u so dobra hrana, dobro telovadnice, dobro izvaja program, dobra oprema, torej ni možnosti, da pridobi kakršne koli teže ... ..

    Hi All. Pozdravljeni vsi. there is this new thingy at celebrity fitness called PowerJump. je ta nova stvar na slave fitness pozval PowerJump. Has anyone tried it yet? Has kdorkoli preizkušen to še?

    I would like to ask for an article on women building muscles. Rad bi prosil za članek o ženskah gradnjo mišic. I know women cant get as bulky as men, but i have seen some women, eg; instructors at the gym and some women on tv who have pretty decent muscles. Vem, da ženske ne more priti kot razsuti kot moški, ampak sem videl nekatere ženske, npr; inštruktorjev na telovadnice in nekatere ženske na TV, ki so precej dostojno mišice. How does one get that effect of well toned, muscular arms and thighs. Kako en dobil učinek tudi napetost, mišični rokah in stegnih.

    Also i just started taking a drink supplement called Sculpt. Prav tako sem začel ob pijačo dodatek imenovan Skulptura. Its got whey protein and soy protein in it. Njegova got sirotkine beljakovine in sojine beljakovine v njem. It has helped me feel more energized and less hungry. To je pripomoglo k počutim več energije in manj lačen.     I have taken three clients out of “Bodypump World” and introduced them to proper and scientifically proven strength and conditioning training. Sem vzel tri stranke iz "Bodypump svet" in jih je uvedla, da pravilno in znanstveno dokazane moč in klimatizacija usposabljanja. All three changed their appearance and strength more in 6-30-minute training sessions than they did in many months of Bodypump attendance. Vse tri spremenile njihov videz in več moči v 6-30-minutnega usposabljanja kot v mnogih mesecih Bodypump navzočih. They subsequently quit doing Bodypump and have gotten me three more clients by virtue of people noticing their physical transformation in just 3-4 weeks after starting with me.     Don't get me wrong–it is not about ME being such a great trainer (but I am pretty good….) but more about leading them out of the hype and getting down to hard, progressive training–REAL training. Ne me narobe, ne pa jaz tak velik trener (ampak sem precej dobro ....), Vendar več o njih vodijo od hype in dobili na trdem, progresivno usposabljanje-REAL usposabljanja. Frankly, I was astounded how unconditioned, weak and physically unable to dig down and really train–practically as bad a couch-potato walking in and starting from ground-zero…Mind blowing–to the point I was motivated to make this post. Iskreno, sem astounded kako Neuslovljen, šibke in fizično mogel kopati določitvi in res vlak-praktično kot slabo a kavč-krompirja v hoji in začenši s tal nič ... Mind piha s točko I je bil motiviran, da bi bil ta post.

    Another benefit to doing real training is that they save about 2 hours of time a week they can give back to their families, careers, etc. Your time IS your life–stop wasting it. Druga korist delaš resnično usposabljanja je, da shranite približno 2 uri časa na teden se lahko dajo nazaj v njihove družine, kariere, itd Vaš čas je tvoje življenje-ustavitev Zapravljaš it.

    Wouldn't you want to know if there was a better/best way to get fit, strong and lean? Ne bi vas rad vedel, če je boljši / najboljši način, da se prilegajo, močne in vitke? Sorry to all the “true believers”, there IS a better, more effective way to train which takes less personal time.     Yesterday was my first body pump class…yes!! Včeraj je bil moj prvi organ črpalka razred ... yes! i did the same mistake..i used heavier weights as i felt it should be a cakewalk (as a macho). Jaz sem isto napako .. i se uporabljajo uteži težji kot sem čutil, da mora biti kot pasulj (kot mačo). But hell no those made my life tougher…i managed to scrape through the end routines. Ampak hudiča, ne tistih, ki moje življenje ostrejšo ... i uspelo ostružka preko konca rutino. After the class my instructor (so lovely of her) told me my mistakes..about my erect knee and less width of my legs for squats and obviously the weights. Po mojem razredu inštruktorja (tako ljubko z njo) mi je povedal moje napake .. o mojem pokončna kolena in manj širine noge za squats in seveda uteži. I am looking forward to the next class…its a FANTABOLOUS one….really blew me away. Veselim naslednjega razreda ... svoje a FANTABOLOUS en .... Res zamočil me.

    Hi there i would like to know if it is ok to attend two bodypump classes in one day ? Živjo jaz bi rad vedel, če je ok, da se udeležijo bodypump dveh razredov v enem dnevu? my timetable for one week looks like this Monday:BP one hour in the morning and another one in the evening, Tuesday evening : LBT>legas /bums and tums, Friday: Step, Saturday: BP and Body Balance. moj časovni razpored za en teden izgleda ta ponedeljek: BP eno uro zjutraj in eno zvečer, v torek zvečer: LBT> legas / bums in tums, petek: Korak, sobota: BP in Body Balance. Does my workout routine looks ok? Ali moj Uvježbavanje rutinsko izgleda v redu? i must say that i just started to do bodypump twice a day…i am tall female….1.80 cm tall and i weigh 65kgs. Moram reči, da sem začela bodypump do dvakrat na dan ... i am visoke ženske ... .1.80 cm visok in stehtamo i 65kgs.

    I got a question to ask abt body pump. Imam vprašanje Abt organ črpalko.

    I have since earlier last month increased my weights when doing body pump. Saj sem že prej v zadnjem mesecu povečal moje uteži ko delaš telesu črpalko. I have been doing at least 1 – 2 classes a week. Sem delala vsaj 1 - 2 razredov na teden. I dont caarry that much though, 10 – 11kgs at max in the squat track. I dont caarry, da je veliko, čeprav, 10 - 11kgs na max v Čučanj skladbo.

    But recently though i have realised that my lower back seems to really ache while doing the squats. Toda pred kratkim, čeprav sem dojel, da je moj spodnji nazaj se zdi, da res Boljeti ko delaš squats. Would you know whats causing this. Ali veš kaj je to povzročilo. I have been doing pump for over a year now and have not had this problem ever. Sem bil početje črpalke za več kot eno leto in sedaj še niso imeli tega problema nikoli.

    I have been taking Body Pump classes at Bangor-Brewer Athletic Club in Brewer, Maine for two months now and WHAT A DIFFERENCE it has made to my body and workouts!!!! Sem bil ob Body Pump razrede na Bangor-Brewer Athletic Club v Brewer, Maine, za dva meseca in sedaj, kaj je razlika, ki jo je za moje telo in workouts! I love, love, love it!!!!!     I love body pump! Ljubim organ črpalko! I've been taking classes [3x week] now since May 2008 and have seen huge results! Sem bila ob razrede [3x tedensko] zdaj od maja 2008 in so videli ogromne rezultate! I've steadily increased my weights over time and it has really paid off. Sem enakomerno povečevala moje uteži s časom in je res izplačale.
